CMLL is presenting one of its mayors shows this Friday. The show’s theme is honoring two legends. The first is always EMLL (now CMLL) founder Salvador Lutteroth and the other tends to change with this year Blue Demon being honored. The tricky part is figuring out how to watch this thing. We’re back as WWC now seems to set itself up for an unnamed mayor show as they tease a conclusion to the Xix Xavant/Gilbert rivalry as now management has gotten involved as we begin to see what went down in the latest tapings. AAA is a very peculiar company. It was formed in 1992 after founder Antonio Peña had a dispute with CMLL booker Paco Alonso. He took several stars loyal to him very similarly to the various Japanese company’s exodus’ over the years. It was a spectacular night at Arena Mexico this Friday as we build to their next big show “Homenaje A Dos Leyendas” (Homage To Two Legends) where Angel De Oro and Niebla Roja challenge Bestia Del Ring and the 2019 Universal Champion El Terrible to a Double Hair vs Hair match in the main event. WWL is the second major wrestling promotion based in the island of Puerto Rico. While WWC, the first, is strict with its old-school mentality, WWL is much more of a modern style with the wrestlers being much more physical and creative in the ring.
