Born March 4, 1993, I’ve been a wrestling fan for as long as I can remember. Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. My favorite wrestlers are Chris Jericho, Bret Hart, and Mick Foley. Current favorite promotions are AEW, NJPW, and Impact! Outside of wrestling, I’m a huge music fan and very passionate about cooking.
MSK has arrived as they capture the NXT Tag Team Championship. At NXT TakeOver: Stand and Deliver, Dusty Classic winners Wes Lee and Nash Carter captured the NXT Tag Team Championships. In an incredible, hard-fought, hard-hitting match, the longest reigning PWG Tag Team Champions added another pair of titles. Certainly the most prestigious piece of gold they’ve earned yet in their short careers. Grizzled Young Veterans and Legado Del Fantasmo were no match for the youngsters. In a match that had the limited crowd buzzing, it was truly a moment to remember. These two competitors made a name for themselves,…
IWGP United States Champion Jon Moxley is one of the biggest names in the world of professional wrestling today. Yuji Nagata is one of the most respected and lauded veterans in the entire world. Both men are heavy hitters. These two locking horns seem like an inevitability after Mox’s appearance on the April 5 NJPW show. Stating that he’s always “called his own shots,” Mox looks to continue his dominant run with the IWGP United States Championship by taking out another respected member of the roster. After defeating KENTA to retain his title, the champ seems primed to continue his…

After the long-awaited IWGP US Championship bout between Jon Moxley and KENTA, New Beginning USA is over. Now, it’s time to switch our focus to the New Japan Cup USA. Unlike its Japanese counterpart, the American version of this tournament is an open-weight competition. This will give the winner, whoever that may be, bragging rights in being the hottest wrestler in NJPW USA. This week’s episode of NJPW Strong for 3/5/21 sees us beginning to fill out the brackets for the upcoming tournament. We’re also sure to see more qualifying matches announced for the coming weeks. _______________________ Karl Fredricks and…
After what seemed like an eternity, the highly anticipated match between the IWGP United States Champion Jon Moxley and the New Japan Cup USA winner and Bullet Club member KENTA finally took place. The timing of this match coming to fruition couldn’t be better. Jon Moxley is in the heat of a feud in AEW with KENTA’s Bullet Club stablemates Kenny Omega and the Good Brothers. After splitting their first two meetings, Omega and Moxley will have their rubber match on March 7. The two rivals will settle the score in an exploding barbed-wire deathmatch for the AEW World Championship…
Eddie Edwards and Sami Callihan are certainly not strangers to each other. Their long and storied disdain for each other stretches back to the infamous attack on Eddie Edwards by a baseball bat-wielding Callihan that left Edwards with a broken eye socket and orbital bone. That led to a change in attitude from Edwards, who became much rougher around the edges, as he ditched the blue-chipper persona he had prior to the attack. It also started Callihan on his upwards trajectory towards being the IMPACT World Champion and arguably the best heel in the wrestling world today. These two wrestler’s…
MLW fans rejoice! New information has been released that gives some exciting new details involving their return. Currently slated to begin airing new content in early November, Major League Wrestling announced the return of the MLW Opera Cup! Yes, the Opera Cup tournament is set to return! This legendary tournament was held for nearly fifty years, until 1948 when it was discontinued. Stu Hart was the final Opera Cup winner. MLW revived the tournament last year. Teddy Hart donated the “family heirloom” that actually turned out to be the original trophy. The tournament saw Davey Boy Smith Jr. win the…
This past week during IMPACT Wrestling’s Press Pass, Chris Sabin and Ace Austin discussed Bound for Glory. IMPACT has been garnering a lot of buzz and attention throughout the last year. This is due in part to the incredible tag division they have put together. The already stacked division got a little more competition at Slammiversary earlier this year when the Motor City Machine Guns returned and captured the IMPACT World Tag Team Championship from The North. The division also includes the debut of the Good Brothers as well. With Bound for Glory, the biggest show of the year for…
Since his departure from WWE, IMPACT World Champion Eric Young has had a career renaissance. He had a shocking return to IMPACT at the highly praised Slammiversary event on July 18, 2020. Young returned as a surprise entrant in a five-way elimination match for the IMPACT World Title. His return did not go as planned though. It was spoiled after being eliminated by Rich Swann, in a great match that was eventually won by Eddie Edwards. After being eliminated, Young attacked Swann, targeting the knee that had kept him out of action for months. Swann was then forced to announce…
