On last night’s WWE Backstage on FOX, it was confirmed that former multi-time Intercontinental champion, John Morrison has signed with the company. We reported here at Pro Wrestling Post in late September that Morrison had indeed penned a deal with the WWE. An absence of over eight years, Morrison had been incredibly busy. Working for, and winning titles in Impact Wrestling and Lucha Underground to name but two companies. A week after announcing that he had quit WWE via video, Jordan Myles/ACH today announced that he has accepted bookings for two indie wrestling shows. Lucha superstar Flamita has signed a one year deal with Ring Of Honor (RoH) according to reports from Lucha Blog and Fightful. Below is the announcement: Flamita, a mainstay in promotions such as The Crash, Dragon Gate, Lucha Underground, and PROGRESS Wrestling, will apparently start with RoH at their PPV Final Battle on December 13. Saturday, January 11, 2020, WWE NXT UK will present Takeover: Blackpool II.  It was at last night’s NXT UK TV tapings from the Bonus Arena in Hull, England, that the  announcement was made. that the next Takeover event would take place in the same city as the very first event….Blackpool. This December 1st at the Infinite Energy Center in Duluth, Georgia, WWE will be holding the now annual Starrcade event. Unlike the past events of yesteryear, this new Starrcade is basically a glorified house show. Albeit an hour that airs live on the WWE Network. A few hours ago, WWE announced that they will be airing a brand new interview series hosted by Steve Austin. Named “The Broken Skull Sessions”, the show will feature Austin having “no-holds-barred, one-on-one conversations with the biggest names in WWE history, including Legends, Superstars and celebrity guests”.
