With Against All Odds in the rearview mirror, it’s time to look forward to Slammiversary. Last year’s edition of the annual pay-per-view provided the spotlight for multiple new debuts in IMPACT Wrestling. Will we see more of that this year? Or does IMPACT Wrestling have some more surprises up their sleeve? Find out as we begin the first Brace for IMPACT on the road to Slammversary XIX for 6/17/21.

Steve Maclin Debuts!
Recently on IMPACT Wrestling, we saw some vignettes that bore a striking similarity to those we saw in the lead-up to last year’s Slammiversary. Only a few weeks removed from the largest talent cutting spree in WWE history, we heard one of their numbers would join IMPACT Wrestling. On June 5th, we learned that this person was none other than Steve Maclin. Formerly, Steve Cutler of the Forgotten Sons faction, Steve Maclin, will make his IMPACT Wrestling debut This Thursday night on AXS.
TJP (w/Fallah Bahh) vs. Black Taurus (w/Crazzy Steve)
Thursday night will see some singles action in the tag team division when TJP takes on Black Taurus. While TJP has fallen from his spot within the X-Division, things seem to be picking up for he and Fallah Bahh as a tag team. Meanwhile, Black Taurus and Crazzy Steve are still recovering from their clash with Violent By Design on Saturday night. Will this effect Taurus’s performance when he faces TJP for the first time ever? Find out this Thursday on AXS TV

Satoshi Kojima vs Rhino
(If Kojima wins, he and Eddie Edwards earn a Tag Title match)
When Satoshi Kojima debuted on May 27th, he wasted no time stating his intentions. Interrupting a usual unhinged promo by Eric Young, Kojima made it clear he would be the next man to stand up to The World Class Maniac and Violent By Design. At Against All Odds, Kojima clashed with Joe Doering for the 39th time in their careers. But it seems Kojima was not up to the challenge, taking the pinfall after Doering’s patented spiral bomb. On Thursday night, he tangles with Rhino in singles action.
However, with Rhino holding one half of the IMPACT World Tag Team Titles, should Kojima win, he’ll get a title shot with Eddie Edwards next week. See NJPW legend Satoshi Kojima take on ECW Original Rhino in a match with championship implications this Thursday on AXS.
Tenille Dashwood (w/Kaleb with a K) vs. Rachel Ellering
Over the past few weeks, it’s seemed like Tenille Dashwood wants into the Knockouts Tag Team division. But thanks to her cheating ways, she has very few friends in the locker room. That’s why, in the lead-up to Against All Odds, she tried to form a wedge between Rachael Ellering and her tag team partner Jordynne Grace. In backstage conversations, Dashwood suggested her chemistry with Ellering was stronger than what Ellering has with Grace.
This must-have played a role in Grace & Ellering’s loss against Fire ‘n’ Flava in their Tag Team Championship match. At Against All Odds, Dashwood defeated Grace in singles action. On Thursday night, Rachael Ellering can get some payback when she takes on Tenille Dashwood in singles action.

Madman Fulton (w/Ace Austin) vs. Josh Alexander
On last week’s episode of IMPACT Wrestling, Josh Alexander gave some words about how excited he is to take on new challengers. As he said this, Ace Austin walked into shot, telling the X-Division champion that he’s the only challenger Josh Alexander should be keeping an eye on. This week on IMPACT Wrestling, Josh Alexander faces Ace Austin’s hulking henchman, Madman Fulton, in singles action.
With Ace Austin ringside, will he make use of his iconic cane or the Super X-Cup to sway the match? Or will he just watch as Fulton softens up the X-Division Champion? And what will this mean for #1 Contender Petey Williams? Find out Thursday at 8 on AXS TV.
What Else To Expect:
