On this past week’s edition of NXT, General Manager William Regal announced the main event of the upcoming NXT TakeOver Toronto II. It will be NXT Champion Adam Cole against former champion Johnny Gargano in a 2 out of 3 falls affair. At this past week’s edition of WWE, Monday Raw at the end of the Finn Balor and Samoa Joe match up a familiar face made his official return in Bray Wyatt. We return to a new edition of NXT with the main event involving the street profits and Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch. The show begins with a much darker Io Shirai coming to the ring with a new vibe and music for the Genius of the Sky. Shirai looks unhinged with new music and a new attitude. On a recent edition of Busted Open Radio, Jim Ross addressed a number of topics that were tied to AEW including which one was about the pre-show that took place for the company’s previous event Fyter Fest and being part of a three-person commentating team. Yesterday, WWE’s Lacey Evans opened up about the anniversary of her father’s passing. She shared about his battles with addiction and depression. These struggles led to a life of abuse for her but focus wasn’t about what she endured but what he did and the life left behind.
