After a successful Big Business, AEW is trying to carry the momentum into a huge show in Toronto as we preview AEW Dynamite IGNITE for 3/20/24. It looks like another loaded card.

This week’s AEW Dynamite will feature a tag team match, an interesting singles match between HOOK and Chris Jericho, and two title matches, including an ‘I Quit’ match between Christian Cage against Adam Copeland 3 for the TNT Championship.

It has the makings of a special night. In the latest edition of AEW Dynamite IGNITE, we’ll find out more about this fun card in Toronto.

    Chris Jericho  vs. HOOK

On last week’s AEW Dynamite, Chris Jericho and Hook won a tag team match together over Gates of Agony. It was a pleasant surprise to see their new tag team defeat the established team. What comes next in Hook and Jericho’s budding partnership?

It is time for some friendly competition! Jericho challenged Hook to a singles match on this week’s AEW Dynamite.

The 53-year-old Jericho will compete against the 24-year-old HOOK. It is certainly one of Hook’s biggest matches so far. Can he defeat the legendary Jericho?

    We’ll Hear From Mercedes Moné

On last week’s AEW Dynamite,  Mercedes Moné made her long-awaited debut in All Elite Wrestling.

She made an immediate impact, saving Willow Nightingale from an attack by Julia Hart and Skye Blue. Moné had arrived as the biggest star of the AEW Women’s Division.

On this week’s show, we will hear from Mercedes. What will she have to say? Will we learn about her possible first in-ring opponent? It will be fun to see where she goes next in AEW.

Toni Storm & Mariah May vs. Deonna Purrazzo & Thunder Rosa

Deonna Purrazzo is in a foul mood. She was cheated out of victory at AEW Revolution in her title match against Toni Storm. She has been demanded another shot against “The Timeless” Storm as soon as possible.

On this week’s AEW Dynamite, Purrazzo will team with Thunder Rosa against Storm and Mariah May in tag team action. Both Deonna and Thunder Rosa want another shot at the AEW Women’s World Championship. Can they begin the road to another match in Toronto?

    Eddie Kingston
    (c) vs. Kazuchika Okada
    (AEW Continental Championship)

On last week’s AEW Dynamite, The Elite defeated Eddie Kingston, PAC, and Penta in Trio action. Okada actually pinned Kingston to win. However, it wasn’t the cleanest victory.

On this week’s show, Eddie will get another match against “The Rainmaker” in singles action. It will be fought under Continental rules. No outside interference is allowed on Wednesday night.

It also will be for just one of Kingston’s three titles: the AEW Continental Championship. Will Okada win a title in his first AEW singles match?

It would be shocking to see Eddie Kingston lose part of his Triple Crown after just a few short months. We will find out on Wednesday night.

    Christian Cage
    (c) vs. Adam Copeland
    (AEW TNT Championship)
    (“I Quit” Match)

It all comes down to this. After months of personal attacks and multiple matches, life-long friends/enemies Christian Cage and Copeland will face off yet again for the AEW TNT Championship match. This time, it will be for an “I Quit” Match.

On this week’s AEW Collision, Copeland introduced us to Spike. It was a board with nails sticking out of it. He vowed to use it in the “I Quit” match. If that is any indication of what to expect on Wednesday, it could be a violent night.

    What To Expect:

    • What is next for Samoa Joe and his World Title reign?
    • Will we begin to learn more about the AEW Dynasty pay-per-view?
    • Will we hear from Danielson and Ospreay yet again before their huge match-up on April 21?
