It was an exceptionally busy day for IMPACT Wrestling. With their upcoming presentation of TNA: There’s No Place Like Home three familiar names are returning for what appears to be a day event. Wrestlecon will be hosting their annual event but this time around it is TNA that is being nostalgic.
With their event Friday, April 3rd, IMPACT Wrestling turns back the clock. Returning for There’s No Place Like Home is the master of the Canadian destroyer, Petey Williams. A man armed with an array of offensive maneuvers, the Windsor, Ontario native is coming home. Williams is a former trainee of IMPACT Wrestling’s Scott D’Amore and hopes to only add to his impressive list of matches. Williams’ returned to competition in 2017 after a two-year absence.

Chris Sabin returns as the next name announced for this special WrestleCon event. While it hasn’t been announced who Sabin will face on this night a matchup against another former X-division in Petey Williams. For fans unfamiliar with who ‘Wildcat’ Chris Harris, look no further than the word decorated tag-team champion.
As part of the tag team, America’s Most Wanted, Harris and ‘Cowboy’ James Storm were successful. Harris was a seven-time NWA World Tag Team Champion. After his split with Storm, the two had a bitter rivalry between them. Harris returns to IMPACT Wrestling/TNA for the first time since 2011. At that time he teamed with Matt Hardy to face Storm and his then tag team partner Robert Roode who were the tag team champions.

The numbers don’t lie! The former TNA World Tag Team Champion alongside Booker T, Steiner was rejuvenated coming to TNA. Steiner returned to the promotion in 2018 and once again became one half of the World Tag Team Champions. This time Steiner was a co-holder of the IMPACT World Tag Team Champions alongside Eli Drake. Steiner’s return coupled with the return of Petey Williams could leave the door open for a reunion. Could we see the return of ‘Big Poppa Pump’ and ‘Little Petey Pump’?
