Toxic Attraction is set to begin this coming week’s show.
On the heels of last week’s Last Woman Standing match against Alba Fyre, Mandy Rose, along with Gigi Dolin and Jacey Jayne, are expected to make a statement. With NXT Deadline set to take place in a few weeks’ time, the trio is set to address potential threats ahead.
For Mandy Rose, it was Isla Dawn that came and cost Alba Fyre her second NXT Women’s Championship match. Could that be because she wants to get her hands on Mandy Rose? Or does she have such animosity for Fyre that it was never about her having her sights on Rose and the NXT Women’s Championship?

Ivy Niles vs. Kiana James
With James often being one to get involved in the affairs of the likes of Tatum Paxley or Fallon Henley, it is Niles who hopes to put a stop to that. Niles’ noted MMA combat style is likely to be too much for James to handle. But with that said, it is very much possible that James is able to take advantage of a moment to get the better of Niles.
Niles has a number of qualities that do to be the very reason she should defeat James. Whether it be her ability to strike or make her opposition tap, Niles is prepared to finish James. But James, who is ever the strategist, may be able to find a will, a way, and a win against the Diamond Mine member.

Wendy Choo vs. Cora Jade
The Generation of Jade continues on and this time, standing in front of her is the always entertaining Wendy Choo. Over the past week or so, the two have exchanged verbal jabs with one another in their lead-up to this match-up. After her loss to Roxanne Perez, it is important for Jade to try and regain some momentum going into NXT Deadline.
What will the in-ring chemistry between these two be? It is as important to bounce promos off one another as it is trying to get to have that in-ring dance as well. Fans have often seen Choo being the victim of her own circumstances. With wins over Tiffany Stratton and Lash Legend behind her, it’s as important that she makes a solid showing and possibly upset Jade.

NXT North American Championship
Wes Lee (c) vs. Carmelo Hayes
It is champion versus former champion in this re-match for the NXT North American title. What has remained consistent about NXT despite the formatting and aesthetic changes are that the noted talent that walked onto the brand before it reformatted are carrying the brand forward.
Lee was successful in capturing the title with his mentor Shawn Michaels proud of his accomplishment. But this match could be a turning point for Carmelo Hayes. What seems to be a title match on the surface could be his moment to either move to one of the other brands or contest for the NXT Championship.
Could this be Carmelo Hayes’ last championship opportunity in NXT?
