Empire State Wrestling will continue to honor the legacy of one of its most cherished roster members when it returns to Buffalo RiverWorks on Saturday, July 26, with Everything to Gaine 2025.
Everything To Gaine 2025 will once again celebrate the life of the late “None of a Kind” Anthony Gaines. The highlight of the event will be the second annual Everything To Gaine Rumble, with the winner receiving an ESW Heavyweight Championship title shot.
Everything To Gaine 2025
Last year’s winner was one of Gaines’s best friends, “Invincible” Vince Valor, who used his opportunity to defeat “Big Time” Bill Collier in a casket match last November and regain the ESW Heavyweight Championship – a title he never lost.
However, Valor will not be in this year’s rumble. As the reigning ESW Heavyweight Champion, he will defend the belt against “The Problem” Isaiah Broner.
A staple of the Midwestern independent wrestling scene, Broner makes his return to ESW after previously facing Kevin Blackwood in September 2023.
Valor spoke about how much this event means to him and about his upcoming match in an interview with News 4 Buffalo. You can read it here:
He further spoke about it here:
“Courageous” Christina Marie will defend the ESW Women’s Championship at ETG 2025. After defeating WOW star Holidead in May, Marie’s next challenger will be current TNA Wrestling star “The Wild Child” Jody Threat.
The two-time former TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champion will make her return to ESW for the first time in 6 years when she wrestled Kate Carney in April 2019.
Rounding out the title scheduled title bouts is ESW Tag Team Champions To Infinity & Beyond defending the gold for the first time since winning them in November from CXR. Colin Delaney and Cheech will face Honking ‘N Bonking – the team of Vinnie Moon and Will Calrissian.
HNB earned the title shot after winning a tag team turmoil match in May against Edge of Hope, CXR, and High Seas.

Canadian independent wrestling star “V-Guy” Vaughn Vertigo will make his ESW debut at ETG 2025. Vaughn’s wrestling resume includes working not just in the U.S. and Canada but also in countries throughout Europe for promotions such as WXW in Germany, Over The Top in Ireland, and PROGRESS and ICW in the United Kingdom. He previously worked for Beyond, DEF,Y and Prestige in the U.S. and C4 Wrestling in Canada.
The highly lauded high-flyer will take on returning GCW star “The Base God” Gringo Loco. Loco last wrestled in ESW last November in an intense match against current AEW star “Speedball” Mike Bailey.
There will be a special grudge match between “Ya Boy” Matt McCoy and “The Native Wolf” Groff. Months of tension boiled over in May, with Groff devastating McCoy in the ring with the assistance of “Agent of Chaos” Brian DeVille – who shockingly returned to ESW after a multi-year absence. Now the two will face off one-on-one.

Lastly is the match that the event itself is named after: the ETG Rumble. Many familiar faces and a few surprises are scheduled to appear within it, all aiming to earn a future title chance.
