Two guys walk back into a bar, neither holding a beverage (although that came into question after listening to this edition).
But in the bar, discussions of exacerbated scenarios, visits to an established Canadian bar and grill before a scheduled Premium Live Event, medication, and why Baron Corbin is a notable Twitter follow filled the musty bar air as they dove into episode 25 of the Pro Wrestling Post Podcast.
In the latest edition of the podcast, our resident Commonwealth connection explored this past weekend’s Money in the Bank premium live event and the controversy of recent WWE signee Stephanie Vacour.
In addition to looking back at the event, the duo also touched upon the fallout on Raw and made a slight mention of watching for the shoe! What did Blake and Madison have to say about it all?

Stephanie Vaquer departs CMLL and NJPW
On the day of the recording, social media was buzzing with reports of disappointment in both promotions due to Vaquer’s sudden departure. As the episode was recorded, few details were shared about how the sudden departure came about.
Although few details have been reported as to why Vaquer had to vacate both of her titles outside of a personal reason, she has now been welcomed into the WWE family.
Blake and Madison discuss their initial thoughts about Vaquer’s departure from CMLL and NJPW and her connection to Guilia, another WWE signee.
What will the fallout of her departure be potentially on any working relationship the WWE may have with the likes of promotions in Mexico and Japan? How will things between all parties unfold in the coming months?
Did one of our hosts continue to share their concern about Vaquer’s future and how her departure may paint her to being?

Money in the Bank – A LIVE reaction
Mark Blake, assuming the interviewer role, would ask Marc Madison about his experience attending the event live with his family.
As shared on social media previously, Madison conveyed that his outlook on the event through the eyes of his daughter wasn’t like that of a jaded and angry wrestling fan.
After discussing what did and didn’t stand out, Madison shared with Blake that there were things that the camera didn’t necessarily pick up that the live audience had seen.
One of those being the comical incident that happened after CM Punk had cost Drew McIntyre of his Money in the Bank Cash-In. Despite the live-to-air issue that transpired, Punk was seen joyfully play-fighting at ringside, heading back up the aisleway.
Our hosts reflected on who had some of the loudest reactions of the night and who endeared themselves so much that fans were pulling for them to come out on top!
But as the conversation turned to Madison’s daughter and her genuine enthusiasm and participation in things like YEETing for Jey Uso or WHOAHHHing for Cody Rhodes, everything else didn’t matter.
Blake and Madison discussed the winners and losers and what the fallout of these wins and losses will mean moving into the new week.

Money in the Bank Fall Out –
Monday Night RAW from Ottawa
The night was a recap of what took place the previous Saturday in Toronto. Blake and Madison discussed a few of the things that transpired during the show, one of which was Damien Priest…
The co-hosts discussed how Priest’s trajectory appears to be one of a quest for respect as a champion and to do that; he needs to do things on his own.
This was followed by a meeting with Seth Rollins that necessitated the cancellation of their gentlemen’s agreement. But will Damien Priest retain his title against GUNTHER at SummerSlam so that Seth Rollins can even have a rematch?
The show would not be complete without mentioning the re-emergence of MAMI as Rhea Ripley would make her return to Monday Night RAW.
