. Another Wednesday, another high octane edition of NXT is coming to us tonight. Here is the latest edition of Coming Up NXT preview! The Performance Center continues to house the talent of WWE. But before RAW and Smackdown took over, the roster of NXT we’re making their statement in the ‘House That Triple H Built’. Let’s take a look and see who will stand out from the pack this week. Including Balor and The Dream.

    A Fantasm-ic Debut

The epic tournament announced by General Manager William Regal continues on this week’s edition of NXT, with what we are sure to kick off the night with this contest. Groups A and B have been decided but this match from Group B may be the tournament show-stealer as the uber-talented world traveler, the masked marvel El Hijo del Fantasma makes his NXT debut against the suddenly vicious and rugged Jack Gallagher. Will Gallagher move close to his first WWE title reign or will the wonder of El Hijo earn a triumphant debut win?

    Show and Prove

With an abrupt announcement that he was let go by WWE, Drake Maverick is still in the Interim NXT Cruiserweight Championship Tournament with much to prove. But standing in his way is another man looking to show he belongs in NXT, the upstart Jake Atlas. With these two highlighting Group A action this week, we can only hope this match can stand up to Group B’s contest. Can Maverick show WWE why they made a mistake in letting him go or will Atlas continue to carve out his superstar rise in NXT?

    A Takeover Size Main Event

Battle lines have been drawn en route to The Prince and The Dream’s quests to NXT gold. But while Balor continues his big game hunting for WALTER, Velveteen looks to finally become the pinnacle of the black and gold brand.

After an epic encounter on last week’s edition of NXT. Tonight, we get an NXT TakeOver clash between two of NXT’s most poignant superstars on the roster today. Finn Balor and Velveteen Dream takes place on this episode which is sure to be our main event. Will Balor step over The Dream and continue to point his path towards a future NXT United Kingdom Championship match? Or is Velveteen Dream looking to add another feather in his eclectic cap en route to an NXT Championship match?

Adding to this, we will see if Charlotte Flair will really “swing by” to NXT.  Will she accept the challenge of the HBIC, Mia Yim? We will see how Tegan Nox will continue to get her retribution on Dakota Kai and resident Amazon, Raquel Gonzales. Also, answers on what will come of the NXT Tag Team title picture will look like. We will also get an update on Tomasso Ciampa after his backstage attack by a debuting superstar.  Hopefully, we get one step closer to the sure-fire blockbuster event for the NXT Championship match-up. A match between Adam Cole and Velveteen Dream… If The Dream survives Balor, The Prince…

That was Coming Up NXT 4/22/20, tune in tonight because of its NXT only on the USA Network!
