On a recent edition of Busted Open Radio, Jim Ross addressed a number of topics that were tied to AEW including which one was about the pre-show that took place for the company’s previous event Fyter Fest and being part of a three-person commentating team. For this particular event, Ross wasn’t commentating but actually a spectator for the event. Without being tied to the action he was able to survey the match, the crowd and its effectiveness overall. Yesterday, WWE’s Lacey Evans opened up about the anniversary of her father’s passing. She shared about his battles with addiction and depression. These struggles led to a life of abuse for her but focus wasn’t about what she endured but what he did and the life left behind. On the Friday evening at Bash at the Brewery, before IMPACT Wrestling was to have their Slammiversary PPV this Sunday, July 7th, new tag team champions were crowned.
