On last week’s AEW Dynamite, we had two excellent title matches. We are now exactly one week away from Blood & Guts. What will Dynamite have in store for us as we build to this huge event? Let us find out in the latest edition of AEW Dynamite IGNITE for 4/28/21.

Penta El Zero Miedo (w/Alex Abrahantes) vs. Orange Cassidy (w/Trent?)

On last week’s show, Penta El Zero Miedo attacked Trent with a microphone to pick up a pinfall victory. Ever since teaming up with Alex Abrahantes, Penta has shown a more vicious side. Will he continue this against another member of the Best Friends group in the talented Orange Cassidy?

Orange Cassidy has been stuck in a sort of limbo since he feuded with Miro, and Kip Sabin ended in recent weeks. Can the “Lazy One” get back on track against the always dangerous Penta? It will be a fun match on Wednesday night in this emerging feud.

    Darby Allin (c) vs. Ten
    (TNT Championship)

Darby Allin has been an excellent fighting champion in recent weeks. He has been in the main event two straight AEW Dynamites defeating Matt Hardy and Jungle Boy in some truly great matches. Can he continue that for a grueling third straight week?

His opponent this Wednesday night is the Dark Order’s Ten. Ten hasn’t had a lot of big matches recently on AEW Dynamite. Can he take advantage of a possibly beat-up Darby Allin? If he does, he will become a TNT Champion.

Card For Next Weeks April 28th AEW Dynamite – Brian Cage vs Hangman Page

    Brian Cage vs. Hangman Page

In the opening match of last week’s AEW Dynamite, Hangman Page pulled out a big victory against Ricky Starks. Team Taz certainly were sore losers and attacked Hangman Page after the match. Page has his chance at revenge this Wednesday night.

His opponent will be Brian Cage. Cage has been having issues with Team Taz in recent weeks. Can he focus and take down the Number One Contender? It will be another fun match in this ongoing feud.

    Kris Statlander vs. Penelope Ford

At the Arcade Anarchy match on a recent AEW Dynamite, Kris Statlander returned to help out Trent, and Orange Cassidy pick up the victory as she took out Penelope Ford. She had her return match against Amber Nova on last week’s show. This week she will face Ford in a match.

Penelope Ford has not been seen on AEW Dynamite since that Arcade Anarchy match. She certainly will be looking for revenge against the Resident Alien of All Elite Wrestling. Will Statlander be ready for Ford’s wrath?

Nightmare Family (Dustin Rhodes, Billy Gunn, and Lee Johnson) vs. The Factory (QT Marshall, Aaron Solow, and Nick Comoroto)

The battle between the Nightmare Family and The Factory grows on this week’s show! On last Wednesday’s show, The Factory cheated to help QT Marshall defeat Billy Gunn in a singles match. A brawl occurred after the match where Dustin Rhodes smashed a chair over Nick Comoroto’s head to no effect. It is now time for a six-man tag team match in this heated feud.

Will the Nightmare Family be able to get the upper hand against the upstart Factory? A wildcard in this match will be former boxer Anthony Ogogo, who will be at ringside. Ogogo cost Billy Gunn a win last week. Which faction will gain the upper hand on Wednesday night?

Young Bucks vs. Matt & Mike Sydal
    (
    World Tag Team Eliminator Match)

The Young Bucks have turned back to the Dark Side and joined The Elite yet again. It seems they have no lines they will not cross to keep at the top of the talented AEW Tag Team Division. They will get a major test in that division on this week’s AEW Dynamite.

Matt & Mike Sydal have picked up some big victories on AEW Dark: Elevation and AEW Dark in recent weeks. But getting a huge victory against the Young Bucks is another level for sure. Can the Sydal Brothers keep their eyes on the prize?  A future AEW Tag Team title shot is on the line. We know the Jacksons will stop at nothing to pull out the victory.

The Inner Circle & – The Parley

It is time for a parley! With only one week before Blood & Guts on May 5th, the two teams will be face to face in the ring. They will parley to determine the rules for this epic match.

Can they really be in the ring together to work out the rules? After all the attacks and insults in recent weeks, it seems impossible. Could we have a big fight before Blood & Guts? It will be fun to watch for sure.
