This is the latest edition of AEW Dynamite IGNITE for 2/10/21. Well, I can’t say any AEW fans expected to see Kenta, a New Japan star, appear at the end of last week’s AEW Dynamite and attack Jon Moxley. We now have a full-blown invasion from multiple promotions in AEW. Where will all these crazy moments lead us? Let us see what they have in store for us in this week’s huge AEW Dynamite.
Cody Rhodes & Lee Johnson vs. Peter Avalon and Cezar Bononi
The match is on. Cody Rhodes and Red Velvet will face Shaq and Jade Cargill on the March 3rd Dynamite. It will be a huge tag team match. How does Cody Rhodes prepare? Why it is time for another tag team match!
One of Cody’s opponents on Wednesday night will be Peter Avalon. It was just two weeks ago that he took Cody Rhodes to the limit. Can Avalon pull off a huge upset with Cezar Bononi’s help? It should be a good tag team match on Wednesday night.
PAC vs. Ryan Nemeth
Poor Ryan Nemeth. It was just a few weeks ago that he made his AEW Dynamite debut against Hangman Page. He put in a good effort in a losing effort. What does he get for his second chance? Why he gets a match against a very angry PAC.
PAC was part of the losing team during last week’s main event at AEW Beach Break. Will he be able to get back on track this week? It is certainly not a place Nemeth wants to be in, facing an angry “Bastard”.

Thunder Rosa vs Leyla Hirsch
(AEW Women’s World Championship Eliminator Tournament First Round)
It is time for the sixteen women AEW Women’s Championship Eliminator Tournament to begin! The exciting tournament will have matches taking place in the United States and Japan. The very first match we will see could be an absolute show-stealer.
Leyla Hirsch certainly isn’t the tallest women in professional wrestling, but she is among the most dangerous. She is one of the best technical wrestlers on the entire AEW roster. She is going against an angry Thunder Rosa who will be out for real revenge.
Rosa lost an amazing match to Britt Baker on last week’s show. It did involve some significant cheating by Britt Baker and Rebel, but it was still a heartbreaking loss. Can Rosa refocus and pick up the huge victory to begin the tournament?
Chris Jericho & MJF vs. The Acclaimed
Chris Jericho and MJF picked up a huge victory in the Battle Royal on last week’s AEW Beach Break. They will now get a shot against the Young Bucks for the AEW World Tag Team Championship at AEW Revolution. The problem is they accidentally eliminated Sammy Guevara to win the Battle Royal, and the Inner Circle drama simply continues to grow.
The contenders have to focus on the young and talented Acclaimed on Wednesday night. The Acclaimed were one of the last teams standing in the Battle Royal. Can they take advantage of a distracted Inner Circle and pull off the major upset?
AEW Dynamite IGNITE for 2/10/21
Darby Allin (c) vs. “The Bad Boy” Joey Janela
(AEW TNT Championship)
Darby Allin is getting ready for a huge Street Fight at AEW Revolution. It would be understandable if he wanted to focus on that brutal upcoming match. So what does Darby do to prepare? Why it is time to fight the other hardcore wrestler of AEW, Joey Janela!
When you have two of the most extreme wrestlers in the company facing off, we should expected the unexpected. What lengths could both wrestlers go to in an attempt to win the TNT Championship? It is hard to say, but both will come out of the match worse for wear.
AEW Dynamite IGNITE for 2/10/21
Kenny Omega & Kenta vs. Jon Moxley and Lance Archer
(Falls Count Anywhere Match)
The main event seemed unthinkable just one week ago. The pro wrestling world changed when New Japan’s Kenta shocked the world and attacked Jon Moxley. Kenta has been demanding his IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship for months. He will finally get that match on the February 26th edition of NJPW Strong. We will get an early preview of that match on Wednesday night on AEW Dynamite.
Since Kenta isn’t an AEW talent, he will join Kenny Omega in a Falls Count Anywhere Match against Lance Archer and Jon Moxley on this week’s AEW Dynamite. The four have a long history from their New Japan wrestling past. What will happen when four combustible elements face off in a match with no rules? It is hard to say, but the fans will all be the true winners on Wednesday night.
