This week’s AEW Dynamite is the go-home show for AEW Full Gear as we preview AEW Dynamite IGNITE for 11/16/22. What will the competitors have to say before the huge November pay-per-view? We still have some huge matches with some major stakes just three days before Full Gear. Let us find out more about this important show in Bridgeport in the latest edition of AEW Dynamite IGNITE.

We’ll Hear from AEW World Champion Jon Moxley

Jon Moxley will be speaking yet again before his AEW World Championship defense this Saturday at AEW Full Gear. On last week’s AEW Dynamite, Jon Moxley shared that he is waiting for MJF to become a true leader and is lacking any real guts. What will Moxley have to say before Saturday night? And will he get a chance to be face-to-face with MJF? Here is hoping they do before Saturday night.

    We’ll Hear from MJF

MJF hasn’t been in front of an AEW live audience since his shocking betrayal by the Firm on a recent AEW Dynamite. Will he do so on Wednesday night? He has certainly told us how important winning the AEW World Championship is to him. Can he do it without cheating? And will he face Jon Moxley in the ring on AEW Dynamite? Here is hoping we get that special moment in Bridgeport.

We’ll Hear from ROH World TV Champion Samoa Joe

It was certainly a shocking moment when Samoa Joe turned on Wardlow on last week’s AEW Dynamite. Why did Samoa Joe do it? We will hear from Joe on this week’s show. Will he give us answers? And more importantly, how will the TNT Champion respond? It has the potential to be an explosive moment just a few days before AEW Full Gear.

We’ll Hear from Saraya & Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D.

It was the moment we were waiting for last week. Saraya announced she was cleared to wrestle in AEW. When she wrestles Britt Baker at Full Gear, it will be Saraya’s first match since December of 2017. It will be a special night.

We will hear from both competitors one last time on Wednesday night. It has been a personal feud since Saraya’s arrival nearly two months ago. What will these two talented talkers have to say before their huge showdown?

Toni Storm (c) vs. The Bunny
(Interim AEW Women’s World Championship Eliminator Match)

You cannot accuse Toni Storm of not being a “fighting champion.” Tonight, she defends the AEW Women’s Championship only three days before her scheduled defense against Jaime Hayter at Full Gear. As opposed to taking it easy, she is in a World Championship Eliminator match against the Bunny.

The Bunny is an interesting choice for an opponent. She doesn’t wrestle as much as she used to, but she remains a dangerous and unpredictable challenger. Can she do some real damage to the champion right before Full Gear? I am sure Jamie Hayter will be waiting and watching in the wings.

    Anthony Bowens vs. Swerve Strickland

Swerve Strickland has been a thorn in the side of the Acclaimed leading into their AEW World Tag Team Championship match at AEW Full Gear. The horror of horrors, Swerve Strickland even attacked Billy Gunn’s scissoring hand.  On Wednesday night, he will get his hands on Anthony Bowens in singles action.

It is certainly important to get momentum heading into the pay-per-view. The wildcard could be Swerve’s tag team partner, Keith Lee. Lee hasn’t really seemed to appreciate in Swerve’s heelish actions. What will he do on Wednesday night? And is he on the same page as Strickland? We should get some ideas in this hugely important match.

    Ethan Page vs. Bandido

(AEW World Championship Eliminator Tournament Semifinal)

Ethan Page has certainly shown a more aggressive side since joining the Firm. The supremely talented Page picked up a huge victory against Eddie Kingston in his quarterfinal match. Can Page make it to the finals at AEW Full Gear?

His opponent is the newly signed Bandido. Bandido pulled off an impressive victory against Rush in his debut match. It will certainly be a clash of styles as Page faces off with Bandido. With such high stakes, we should look forward to both competitors pulling out all the stops.

    Death Triangle (c)
vs. Top Flight & AR Fox
    (AEW World Trios Championship)

Top Flight is finally back together on AEW Dynamite! They are bringing the talented veteran AR Fox who just won his first AEW match this week on AEW Dark: Elevation. We know these three will bring all the high-flying stops to win the AEW World Trios Championship.

Death Triangle certainly has its hands full on Wednesday night. But might they be looking ahead to AEW Full Gear? It seems the Elite just might be lurking in the background. If Death Triangle is looking to Saturday night, they just might be upset on AEW Dynamite.

    AEW Dynamite IGNITE for 11/16/22
Claudio Castagnoli & Bryan Danielson vs. Chris Jericho & Sammy Guevara

It is a high-stakes tag team match on AEW Dynamite. The four competitors in Saturday’s Ring of Honor World Championship match have to work together on Wednesday night. Which team can coexist to pick up the important victory?

Castagnoli and Danielson are part of the Blackpool Combat Club. Jericho and Guevara have been a tag team in AEW for over three years. We know all four are supremely talented but which will emerge victorious? The winning team will take all the momentum into Full Gear? It will be fun to find out.

    What To Expect:

    • What is next in the TBS Championship feud?
    • Will The Elite return on Wednesday night?
    • Will we learn more matches for AEW Full Gear?

Please share with us what you expect to happen this week in the comment section below for AEW Dynamite for 11/16/22.
