We’ll From AEW World Champion MJF
MJF and Adam Cole had a heartbreaking loss on AEW Collision last Saturday night. They lost the AEW World Tag Team Championship match against FTR. Even more shockingly, MJF didn’t betray Adam Cole after the match. He even gave him a hug.
On Wednesday night, we will hear from MJF. What is on his mind after the emotional loss? And what is next for the champion heading into All In? It certainly has been the best storyline in All Elite Wrestling this summer.

Jack Perry & Jerry Lynn Face-To-Face Confrontation
It was certainly an unexpected moment when Jack Perry won the FTW Championship two weeks ago over Hook. The FTW Championship has its origins in ECW, which Perry insulted repeatedly last week. This caused AEW producer and ECW legend, Jerry Lynn, to confront Perry.
On this week’s AEW Dynamite, Lynn and Perry will have a confrontation. What could possibly happen in Tampa? The 60-year-old Lynn certainly isn’t going to get into a physical altercation with Perry, is he?

The Elite vs. Jeff Jarrett, Jay Lethal & Satnam Singh
The Elite are back in action for the 200th episode of AEW Dynamite! This will be their first match since the brutal Blood & Guts match. Will they be recovered for this unique Trios match?
The Elite’s opponents for this special show are an interesting one. They will be facing off with Jeff Jarrett, Jay Lethal, and Satnam Singh. They have shown time and time again that they will do anything it takes to pick up the victory. Here is hoping the Elite watch their backs on Wednesday night.

Toni Storm (c) vs. Hikaru Shida
(AEW Women’s World Championship)
Hikaru Shida has been on a bit of a roll recently. In the last month, she has defeated Taya Valkyrie, Marina Shafir, and Nyla Rose on AEW television. It is time for the longest reigning-ever champion to get another shot at the AEW Women’s World Championship.
Toni Storm has defended her title repeatedly since winning back at AEW Double or Nothing. However, how many of those title defenses have involved a lot of cheating by the Outcasts? Shida had better bring a lot of backup to Tampa on Wednesday if she wants a fair fight.

Aussie Open (c) vs. El Hijo de Vikingo & Komander
(ROH World Tag Team Championship)
Mark Davis returned from injury to join Kyle Fletcher and win the ROH World Tag Team Championship at Death Before Dishonor. It was a big win for the newly signed Aussie Open. They don’t get much of a break on AEW Dynamite.
El Hijo de Vikingo & Komander will challenge Aussie Open for the ROH World Tag Team Championship on the 200th episode of AEW Dynamite. The talented luchadors will be quite the clash of styles for Aussie Open. This match could certainly be another classic in the talented tag team division.
AEW Dynamite IGNITE for 08/2/23
Jon Moxley vs. Trent Beretta vs. Penta El Zero Miedo
(Anything Goes Match)
Last week we had a wild tag team match between the BCC, Best Friends and Lucha Bros. The match certainly wasn’t without controversy. But the Lucha Bros picked up the win. So why not have a match with even fewer rules on this week’s show?
Three AEW originals (Moxley, Beretta, and Penta El Zero Miedo) will face off in an Anything Goes Match on Wednesday night. We know Moxley will be willing to bleed and use any weapon possible to pick up an important victory. Based on last week, it should be a wild match in Tampa between these three competitors.
AEW Dynamite IGNITE for 08/2/23
Chris Jericho & Konosuke Takeshita vs. Sammy Guevara & Daniel Garcia
Don Callis has put on the full-court press on Chris Jericho in recent weeks. Using their long-term friendship, Callis has tried to get Jericho to join the Don Callis Family. Jericho, for his part, has been quite conflicted. This indecision has angered members of the Jericho Appreciation Society in recent weeks. It all comes to a head on Wednesday night on AEW Dynamite.
Jericho will team up with Callis’ ally Konosuke Takeshita against the JAS’ proteges, Daniel Garcia and Sammy Guevara. Where will Jericho’s loyalties lie? That might just determine the outcome of this very interesting tag team match.
