It is certainly an exciting time in All Elite Wrestling as we preview AEW Dynamite IGNITE for 06/14/23. We have the debut of AEW Collision this week and Forbidden Door in two weeks. But we shouldn’t overlook this week’s Dynamite either!

Sammy Guevara Returns
At AEW Double or Nothing, Sammy Guevara had a huge night. First, he announced that he and Tay Melo were going to have their first child. This was followed by an epic Fatal 4 Way match for the AEW World Championship. Sammy was unsuccessful that night in Las Vegas.
For the first time since AEW Double or Nothing, Sammy Guevara returns to AEW television. What will be on Guevara’s mind after coming so close to the World Title? “The Spanish God” is one of the most talented stars in All Elite Wrestling. Will his close call motivate him to great heights? We will start to find out on Wednesday night.

Sting, Darby Allin, Orange Cassidy & Keith Lee vs. Mogul Embassy (Swerve Strickland, Brian Cage, Kaun & Toa Liona)
On last week’s AEW Dynamite, Orange Cassidy overcame the odds yet again and defeated Swerve Strickland in an epic match to retain the AEW International Championship. After the match, the Mogul Embassy attacked the already wounded Cassidy. That is until Sting and Darby Allin made the save.
On this week’s AEW Dynamite, Sting, Darby, Orange and Keith Lee will join forces to face the Mogul Embassy. This will be a chance for some major revenge against the dangerous Embassy. And a chance to see the 64 year old Sting wrestle in 2023? That makes this match a must-see.

The Elite (Hangman Page & The Young Bucks) vs. Blackpool Combat Club (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli & Wheeler Yuta)
It is time for a huge trios tag team match. The Elite were robbed of a victory at Double or Nothing in the “Anarchy in the Arena” match. But that was not the end of the month-long feud with the Blackpool Combat Club. It is only the beginning.
For the first time in years, Hangman Page will compete with the Young Bucks in Trios action. The issue is they are facing a dangerous BCC trio (Moxley, Castagnoli, and Yuta) who have won Trios matches the last two weeks. Will the Elite be ready for a motivated BCC? It is another chapter in this personal feud.

Toni Storm (c) vs. Skye Blue
(AEW Women’s World Championship)
At AEW Double or Nothing, Toni Storm became the first two-time AEW Women’s World Championship. Granted it took a lot of help from the Outcasts, but Storm defeated Hayter to win the title yet again. It is now time for her first title defense.
Skye Blue won a Fatal 4 Way match on AEW Rampage to win a title shot against Toni Storm. This will be the biggest match of the 23-year-old Skye Blue’s career. Can she pull off a huge upset in Washington, D.C.? She had better be ready for the Outcasts’ interference on Wednesday night.

TNT Championship:
Wardlow (c) (with Arn Anderson) vs. Jake Hager
(AEW TNT Championship)
Wardlow picked up a huge victory at AEW Double or Nothing over Christian Cage in a Ladder Match. It seems Cage and Luchasaurus are not done with the TNT Championship as they have been threatening Wardlow and Arn Anderson in recent weeks. What will happen next in the feud?
Wardlow also has offered an open challenge for his TNT Championship. Jake Hager of the Jericho Appreciation Society answered the challenge. The hard hitting Hager will prove a unique challenge for Wardlow. The real question is will Luchasaurus and Cage get involved in this title match?
AEW Dynamite IGNITE for 06/14/23
MJF (c) vs. Adam Cole
(AEW World Title Eliminator)
After AEW Double or Nothing, MJF announced he has no real challenges left in AEW. Enter Adam Cole. It led to a heated exchange between the two on last week’s Dynamite. At the end of the promo, Cole got MJF to agree to a match. That will occur on Wednesday night.
It will be the AEW World Title Eliminator match. If Adam Cole wins on Dynamite, he will get a future title match. This will be MJF’s first singles match since February 2023. Can Cole shut up MJF once and for all? It will be an epic main event in Washington, D.C.
