Madhouse Wrestling Presents Little Show of Horrors. At Madhouse Wrestling’s debut show in March, AJ Smooth defeated James Jeffries and One Called Manders on the same night. His victories earned him the honor of being the very first Madhouse Wrestling Heavyweight Champion.
That same night, Clay Cooper damn near stole the show with a highlight reel performance in a six-man scramble match. Cooper’s victory in the scramble earned him a future championship opportunity.
That opportunity came at Madhouse Wrestling: Outlaw State of Mind. That night, Cooper and Smooth went to hell and back, fighting across the Countryside Wedding and Event center in Knoxville, Iowa.
After throwing Cooper from a balcony through a door, it looked as if Smooth was going to retain. But an untimely display of bravado and arrogance allowed for Cooper to score the pin with a surprise roll-up.
And just like that, a new Madhouse Champion was crowned. As fate would have it, these two will meet again this Saturday in the main event of Madhouse Wrestling: Little Show of Horrors.
However, this will not be a one-on-one encounter; no, making this a triple-threat match is the ultra-opportunistic Matty Star.
The winner of the “Last Outlaw Battle Royal” during the Outlaw State of Mind, Star, makes this match even more unpredictable. Three men, each with something to prove and three men Madhouse promoter Luke Raven feels will do whatever it takes to come out on top.
“Matty – The most cunning pro wrestler in the Midwest”
“AJ – A franchise player in Madhouse who will be wrestling with a chip on his shoulder”
“Clay – You’d have to kill Clay to get him to give up the Madhouse Championship, and YOU CANT KILL CLAY COOPER.”
Whatever way this goes, fans are in for a treat as this has “Match of the Year” potential. The triple threat match isn’t the only championship match come Saturday. There are two other title matches, a pair of grudge matches, and two first-time-ever contests on a stacked card.
Let’s take a look.
Madhouse Wrestling Presents Little Show of Horrors
Triple Threat Madhouse Wrestling Tag Team Championship Match
Chillileo © vs. Da Boys vs. Zay K-47 & Mystery Partner
Love it or hate it, Chillileo – Gable Galileo and Max Chill – are the very first Madhouse Wrestling Tag Team Champions. The brash duo defeated Justin Decent and Ugly in a wild tag team brawl at Outlaw State of Mind to earn those honors.
This is their first chance to prove they are as great as they claim. Facing them Saturday night is a team gaining steam across Iowa in the Da Boys, Bryce Jordyn, and The Shank. This is their Madhouse debut, and they’d love nothing more than to leave the Thunderdome with the straps.
The wild card in this match is the team of Zay K-47 and his mystery partner. Originally Zay was to team with Jaxon King, but King is two weeks away from being medically cleared to step back in the ring.
No one knows who Zay K will have by his side Saturday, and that makes this team a very dangerous enigma.

I Quit Match
Ugly vs. Aaron Von Baron
Lot’s of history in this one. Once upon a time, Aaron Von Baron defeated Ugly, essentially sending him into retirement. Ugly’s resurgence in the Iowa wrestling scene definitely caught the eye of Von Baron.
During Outlaw State of Mind, Von Baron purchased a ticket with the intention of confronting Ugly. Von Baron, some would say, was the distraction that led to Ugly and Justin Decent failing in their attempts to become the first Madhouse tag champions.
Now, these two old rivals meet once again, only this time, the only way to win is by making your opponent say, “I Quit”.

Triple Threat Impact Pro Wrestling Women’s Championship Match
Miss Frankie Jay © vs. Sage Hale vs. Briar Hale
To say these three know each other well would be a huge understatement. Since 2020 these three have been feuding over the IPW Women’s Championship. Each competitor held the title on separate occasions.
Miss Frankie Jay, who has been in full Goddess Mode since returning, just recently won the championship from Briar Hale. Long before that, Sage Hale originally won the title from Miss Frankie Jay.
Now, these three are ready to do it again, this time inside a Madhouse ring. This is the first women’s match in Madhouse’s brief history, and they picked the premiere women’s championship in the state of Iowa for it.

A Nightmare on 1st Street Match”
Ricky Bronson vs. Saint the Nihilus
The bad blood runs deep between these two. Having trained together at the Impact Pro Wrestling Vault, these two had their very first matches against each other. These were hard-hitting contests by two young guys out to prove just how tough they were.
Bronson suffered a shoulder injury that kept him on the shelf for an extended period of time. Since his return, the two have had brief interactions up until Outlaw State of Mind. During an in-ring promo, Bronson was attacked by Saint.
The violence escalated when they fought in and after they were eliminated in the Last Outlaw Match. Saturday, with no rules handcuffing them, their encounter could end up looking like a horror movie.

First Time Ever
Arjun Singh vs. Ethan Everheart
We got ourselves a good old-fashioned veteran versus an up-and-comer in this one. Arjun Singh has been all over the world of pro wrestling; he’s trained with and been in the ring with some of the very best.
He returns to Madhouse with a chip on his shoulder after losing to Jeremy Wyatt at Outlaw State of Mind. Singh has his hands full with Ethan Everheart. With a pace that doesn’t quit, Everheart, who has only been doing this for close to three years, has gained a ton of experience across a plethora of midwest promotions.
Like Singh, Everheart made his Madhouse debut at Outlaw State of Mind as one of the Last Outlaw Match competitors. Two guys looking for their first Madhouse victory in what should be a great match.

Fatal Four-Way Match
Augustus Draven vs. Cole Cannon vs. Zeke Dynamics vs. JT Energy
This was originally supposed to be a tag team contest. Energy and Draven, collectively known as “The Mistnight Society,” we’re going against Cannon and Dynamics. But a recent and violent falling out between the Society at an SCWPro show and Dynamics and Cannon’s competitive history within IPW morphed this into a fatal four-way.
Draven brings rage, power, and a desire for destruction. Cannon is a smooth customer in the ring, a bigger guy who can fly around like a cruiserweight. Zeke Dynamics might be the most agile and athletic on the Madhouse roster. Don’t blink when he gets going.
JT Energy is a master at in-ring psychology combined with an athleticism that makes him a dangerous competitor any time he steps through the ropes. If you want to find the dark horse for the match of the night, look no further than this one.
Saturday night is the third Madhouse Wrestling show in the promotion’s short history. If the first two shows taught us anything, Saturday inside the Thunderdome in Newton, Iowa, will be a wild night of Madhouse Wrestling.
