It is time for AEW Revolution 2022! All Elite Wrestling has built an amazing card for their first pay-per-view of 2022.  We have four titles on the line. We even have an emotional Dog Collar Match in the best feud in all of professional wrestling. Let us look at what should be a truly special night in Orlando.

    AEW Revolution 2022
    HOOK vs. QT Marshall
    (Buy-in Pre-Show)

Poor QT Marshall. He has been agitating Hook in recent weeks. He has been calling Hook ungrateful since Marshall played a role in Hook’s training. It seems like a terrible decision by the head of The Factory to go after Hook.

Hook has quickly gained a cult following for his emotionless demeanor, amazing hair and destruction of all his opponents. It seems likely he will destroy QT Marshall on Sunday night. Can Marshall even last five minutes against Hook? It will be fun to watch him try.

    AEW Revolution 2022
    Leyla Hirsch vs. Kris Statlander

    (Buy-in Pre-Show)

This has certainly been a unique feud to say the least. It started with Hirsch turning on Kris Statlander as she got increasingly frustrated with Statlander during tag matches. The frustration boiled over against Statlander and Red Velvet recently. This will be her biggest match to date in AEW.

Kris Statlander has certainly been acting strangely in this feud. Saying things like, “That’s why your parents put you up for adoption” doesn’t scream a good guy. Has Hirsch’s betrayal truly gotten to Statlander? It should be a physical match-up at AEW Revolution.

    AEW Revolution 2022
House of Black (Malakai Black, Brody King, and Buddy Matthews) vs. Death Triangle (Pac and Penta Osuro) and Erick Redbeard (Buy-in Pre-Show)

This feud has been building for a long time. The House of Black has been growing in recent weeks with the addition of the talented Buddy Matthews. They have been terrorizing members of Death Triangle in recent months. But Death Triangle has brought in some unique back-up for Sunday night.

Erick Redbeard made his AEW Rampage debut to even the odds against House of Black for this unique six-man tag team match. Will he turn the tide at AEW Revolution? Or will the House of Black continue their dominance over the Death Triangle? It should be a fun match on the pre-show in Orlando.

    AEW Revolution 2022
Keith Lee vs. Powerhouse Hobbs vs Ricky Starks vs. Wardlow vs. Orange Cassidy vs Christian Cage
(Face of the Revolution Ladder Match)

It is time for another Face of the Revolution Ladder Match. The winner of the match will get a future TNT Championship match. The competitors in the match are certainly a talented bunch. We have the ladder match veteran Christian Cage, the talented Ricky Starks, the always lazy Orange Cassidy and three massive competitors in Keith Lee, Powerhouse Hobbs, and Wardlow.

The question is who will win this brutal match? Keith Lee is one of the newest talents to join AEW and this is his chance to prove the doubters wrong. But the favorite has to be Wardlow. He has been destroying opponents for months now and seems ready to break away from MJF any day now. Is that day Sunday night at AEW Revolution? It will be an exciting match to find out that answer.

    AEW Revolution 2022
    Jade Cargill(c) vs. Tay Conti
    (AEW TBS Championship)

Jade Cargill has been dominating the AEW Women’s Division since debuting in November of 2020. All Elite Wrestling is pushing the undefeated streak of Cargill for months. Who can be the one to dethrone the unstoppable AEW TBS Champion?

Tay Conti has proven to be a valuable part of the division in recent months. She was impressive against Britt Baker at AEW Full Gear. She wasn’t able to win the day. Can she pull off the unthinkable on Sunday night? She certainly has skills to do so.

Sammy Guevara, Darby Allin & Sting vs. Andrade El Idolo, Matt Hardy & Isiah Kassidy
    (Tornado Trios Match)

The AHFO has certainly fallen on hard times recently. They have lost a majority of their matches and Matt Hardy has gotten more and more frustrated as the weeks go along. Even Andrade El Idolo has lost to Sammy Guevara on numerous occasions in multiple encounters. Can the AHFO get back on track at AEW Revolution?

Sammy Guevara just defeated Darby Allin and Andrade on AEW Rampage. Darby wasn’t exactly thrilled with his AEW Revolution partner after that heartbreaking loss. Can he put his issues aside with Guevara? If he can’t, the AHFO might pull off the huge upset on Sunday night.

    Chris Jericho vs. Eddie Kingston

The Inner Circle has been in turmoil in recent weeks. The leader of the Inner Circle, Chris Jericho knows who to blame. It is all Eddie Kingston’s fault. They will face off on Sunday night.

Chris Jericho has been telling Eddie Kingston that he doesn’t have what it takes to win the big one. If Kingston can win the match, Chris Jericho will shake his hand. A victory over Jericho would be the biggest of Kingston’s career. The fans are behind “The Mad King”. Can he finally win the big one at AEW Revolution?

    AEW Revolution 2022
    Bryan Danielson vs.  Jon Moxley

Bryan Danielson has an interesting offer for Jon Moxley. They should join forces and train the new generation of AEW talent. Moxley didn’t say no. But he refuses to work with someone unless he “bleeds with them”. Will that happen at AEW Revolution?

Bryan Danielson is arguably the best wrestler in the world. Jon Moxley has been on fire since his return to AEW. This will be one of the hardest hitting matches on the entire card. It also might be the hardest match to predict. Will they bleed together on Sunday night? It is tough to say but the fans will be winners with this epic match.

Jungle Boy & Luchasaurus (c) vs. ReDRagon (Bobby Fish & Kyle O’Reilly) vs. The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson)
    (AEW World Tag Team Championship)

It should be chaotic fun for the AEW Tag Team Championships. Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus won the title on the very first AEW Dynamite of 2022. They are facing the biggest challenge to their tag titles yet with two of the best tag teams in the world, ReDRagon and the Young Bucks as their opponents.

The problem is can ReDRagon and Young Bucks get along in Orlando? They have been trying a game of one-upmanship as part of their alliance with Adam Cole. Will they get along long enough to defeat the tag team champions? This might just be the event that ruins their alliance forever.

    AEW Revolution 2022
Britt Baker (c) vs. Thunder Rosa
    (AEW Women’s World Championship)

The feud dates back to the St. Patrick’s Day Slam 2021. Thunder Rosa beat Britt Baker in one of the most brutal matches in AEW history. It has taken a lot of time but Thunder Rosa finally gets another shot at Britt Baker. This time it is for the AEW Women’s World Championship.

Britt Baker has held the title since AEW Double or Nothing 2021. She seems worried about the threat Thunder Rosa presents. That is why she hired Mercedes Martinez to take out Thunder Rosa. It didn’t work and now Thunder Rosa holds all the momentum after an AEW Dynamite tag team match victory. Is this where Britt Baker’s long title reign ends? It could be a special moment in Orlando if it happens.

    AEW Revolution 2022
    CM Punk vs. MJF
    (Dog Collar Match)

This is the best feud in professional wrestling today. CM Punk and MJF have traded verbal barbs for months now. In Chicago, MJF cheated to defeat CM Punk in singles action. CM Punk quickly demanded another match and won the right to choose the stipulation for the rematch. It will be one of the most brutal matches in all of professional wrestling, the Dog Collar Match.

Two weeks ago on AEW Dynamite, MJF poured his heart out and brought up trauma from his youth. CM Punk showed sympathy for MJF’s story on this week’s AEW Dynamite. He paid for it and was left a bloody mess in the ring after MJF’s betrayal. Will CM Punk be ready for Sunday night? If he is, it will be quite the match at AEW Revolution. There will be a lot of blood as well.

    AEW Revolution 2022
Hangman Page (c) vs. Adam Cole
    (AEW World Championship)

The main event should be a great way to end the AEW Revolution pay-per-view. Hangman Page has been a fighting champion since winning the AEW World Championship at AEW Full Gear. He has defeated Bryan Danielson and Lance Archer in some epic matches in recent months. But his latest challenger, Adam Cole is likely the most dangerous opponent of all.

Adam Cole hasn’t been defeated in singles action in his AEW career. He has the back up of The Elite and ReDRagon. Will they play a factor in the final outcome? If they do, Adam Cole could be leaving Orlando with the AEW Championship. Regardless, this will be a great match to end a wonderful night of professional wrestling.
