My how time flies! This Sunday, live on the WWE Network, it’s NXT Takeover: In Your House. This week’s adventure into the black and gold brand is building up towards the PPV come back of the century. So let’s journey together, and take a look and see what we’re all in store for. In this House Call edition of Coming up NXT for the 6/3/20 episode.

It All Comes Down To This

For the past six weeks, 8 men have clashed in the Interim NXT Cruiserweight Championship Tournament. Each week a new competitor stepped up. And the fans continued to get some of the highest form of action in the 205 weight class that we have seen in years!

But now it all comes down to two men: Drake Maverick and El Hijo De Fantasma. For Maverick it’s a redemption story. He came into WWE as the man in charge of the division, the flag bearer of authority. Now after a miracle run in the tournament including a noteworthy win over KUSHIDA, Maverick is in the finals. And fighting for his job. For El Hijo, it’s a debut that has lasted a lifetime. From riding high on top of the tournament to a super clash against fellow tournament undefeated superstar at the time, Akira Tozawa. Now, the masked man is looking to have the fastest rising start in NXT history.

Can El Hijo De Fantasma punctuate his superstar status to become the new NXT Cruiserweight Champion? Or will Drake Maverick create the comeback, feel-good moment of 2020?

    Family Feud

The Garganos have self-proclaimed themselves as the new faces of the NXT brand. The ‘Poison Pixie’ has been running down the entire women’s brand. Claiming she’s the top dog of the black-and-gold brand. Then there’s ‘Heartless’ Johnny turning his eyes on “helping the next great superstar”. The power couple has easily turned their disdain for the current climate of NXT to an all-out war.

But all’s fair in love and war as. NXT resident HBIC and the current NXT North American champion have had enough with the talk when it comes to the Gargano’s. After being tested after her match two weeks ago by both Johnny and Candace, Mia Yim clapped back with Keith Lee with a hilarious parody of Dinner with The Gargano’s.

But this week, the talk ends. As the men get set for their title clash at Takeover, the ladies take center stage.

Will Mia Yim use Candice LeRae as momentum for Lee’s match for his title on Sunday? Or will Candace find a way to fuel her husband’s clash on Sunday?

A Prelude of What’s To Come

And with NXT Takeover: In Your House days away, NXT takes a look at the two big title matches. The triple threat NXT Women’s Championship match and the huge rematch for the NXT Championship. Both will be highlighted in the special ‘Prime Target’ also taking place this week during the telecast.

We also hope to hear more from the other matches taking place on Sunday. Including the NXT North American title match, Finn Balor and Damian Priest. Plus the clash of the biggest dog in the yard with Karrion Kross facing Tomasso Ciampa!

Who will stand out this week from the pack before the big PPV? Will Kross once again pass on a warning to the ‘Blackheart’? Has Charlotte met her match against both the ‘Genius of the Sky’ and ‘The Nightmare’? Can Keith Lee keep his momentum against the heartless NXT lifer? How will Velveteen Dream respond to his biggest, and last, opportunity for the NXT Championship?

Also this week, we hope to finally find out the whereabouts of Raul Mendoza and Joaquin Wilde. Who is behind this plot of taking NXT superstars from the Performance Center? And will Imperium respond to Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan’s challenge for the NXT Tag Team titles?

That was Coming Up NXT for 6/3/20. Tune in tonight as NXT is only on the USA Network!
