After the shocking conclusion of WWE Raw last week, there are a number of things to consider as we preview Raw in Advance for 10/20/25.
Fans will recall that one man’s vision became quite blurry, another woman’s desire for dominance is likely threatened by a prodigy, and another double champion faces his toughest challenge to date against an absolute brute.

Women’s Intercontinental Championship:
Becky Lynch vs. Maxxine Dupri
Fans will recall a couple of weeks ago how Maxxine Dupri pulled off the upset of all upsets. While it wasn’t achieved by pinfall or submission, it was still a win.
Lynch’s inability to take her seriously led to her being counted out, which gave Dupri the win! Therefore, a win in a non-title match by Dupri has led to a championship match against the champion.
It should also be noted that it was the comments of Maxxine Dupri about AJ Lee that got under the skin of Becky Lynch. Could those earlier comments by Dupri tease the appearance of the former two-time Divas champion?

WWE Intercontinental Championship
Rusev vs. “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio
When these two first faced one another, it led to a win by Mysterio, but in no way was it a match that was right down the middle.
In the case of the Bulgarian Brute, Rusev fell victim to outside interference and support for the “King of the Luchadores”.
For Dominik Mysterio, he’s had a habit of saying things that have either put himself or his teammates in jeopardy.
Whether it was this match-up, saying he was the fightingest champion on the brand, or having that come back to bite his Judgment Day teammates in an upcoming tag title match, Dominik Mysterio’s luck may be running out.
Mysterio is clearly outmatched physically but will Mysterio’s insatiable habit of having more luck than a cat with nine lives be what gets his past this redeemer?
Will Rusev be able to get past any potential obstacles that may come his way whether they be masked or otherwise?

WWE Tag Team Championship
AJ Styles and Dragon Lee vs. The Judgment Day
In a backstage moment last week between AJ Styles and Adam Pearce, this match came about. What was supposed to be Styles looking ahead for himself turned into a selfless act and the coordination of a tag team title match for himself and his recent tag team partner, Dragon Lee, for the WWE Tag Team Championship.
This opportunity won’t sit well with Finn Balor and JD McDonagh. It won’t sit well because the match came about. After all, Dominik Mysterio claimed he was the only one defending his title on Monday Night Raw, leaving Balor and McDonagh open to criticism.
Upon the announcement of this match, there hasn’t been any comment on the part of either Balor or McDonagh. This could mean that either of the tag team champions doesn’t want to appear as though they aren’t on the same page as Dominik or that this is something likely solved behind closed doors.
What are Dragon Lee and AJ Styles’ realistic chances for the tag team championships? Do they stand a chance or will Dominik ensure that his conversation with Styles and Pearce won’t be in vain?
What to Expect:
- What will The Vision have to say after the effects of last’s betrayal of Seth Rollins?
- What happens to CM Punk’s future World Championship opportunity?
- Are Stephanie Vaquer and Roxanne Perez on the path to face one another for the title?
