It is time for a Texas Deathmatch as we preview AEW Revolution 2026! AEW Revolution is finally here! The seventh annual event is certainly a loaded card.

We have eight title matches on this Sunday’s card. And will this be the final chance for Hangman Adam Page to fight for the World Championship?  Let us learn more about the exciting night in Los Angeles!

    AEW Revolution 2026
21-Man Blackjack Battle Royale for the AEW National Championship
    (Zero Hour Pre-Show)

Ricochet has certainly had quite the AEW National Championship reign. At AEW Full Gear, he won a twelve-man gauntlet match to become the first-ever AEW National Champion.

He has defended it seven times in the last few months in promotions like CMLL, ROH, AEW and NJPW. It hasn’t always been the cleanest title defenses, however, for the champion.

On Sunday night, the AEW National Championship will be defended in a 21-Man Battle Royale. This certainly will be Ricochet’s biggest test to date. Can he possibly overcome the odds once again?  If he does, we will never hear the end of it.

    AEW Revolution 2026
Willow Nightingale (c) vs. Lena Kross
    (TBS Championship)
    (Zero Hour Pre-Show)

Willow Nightingale has certainly been on a roll recently. She is a Double Champion, holding the TBS Championship and the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Title. But at AEW Revolution, she is taking quite a risk.

Willow will be defending both titles at AEW Revolution. Her first match will be for the TBS Championship against Lena Kross.

Kross returned at Grand Slam Australia to attack Willow and Harley Cameron. Kross has aligned herself with Megan Bayne. At AEW Revolution, Kross will get a TBS Championship match. Can she end Nightingale’s second TBS title reign?

    AEW Revolution 2026
Darby Allin, Orange Cassidy, and Roderick Strong vs. The Dogs (David Finlay, Clark Connors, and Gabe Kidd)

Darby Allin has had issues with Gabe Kidd for months now. At Worlds End, they had a bloody match that ended with a Darby Allin victory. But that wasn’t the end of the feud.

He was quickly joined by Clark Connors. But Orange Cassidy joined the cause and started a series of matches against Connors and Kidd as well.

After Cassidy and Allin defeated Kidd and Connors on the March 4th AEW Dynamite, it seemed the feud might finally end. However, we had one more surprise.

David Finlay arrived after the match to attack Cassidy and Allin with a shillelagh. The Dogs were all officially in All Elite Wrestling.

At AEW Revolution, the Dogs will face Cassidy, Allin and Roderick Strong in a Trios Match. What will happen in this increasingly brutal feud on Sunday night?

    AEW Revolution 2026
“Timeless” Toni Storm vs. Marina Shafir

At Grand Slam Australia, Toni Storm and Orange Cassidy defeated Marina Shafir and Wheeler Yuta in a Hair Match.

Wheeler Yuta was pinned and had his head shaved. You think this would have been the end of their feud. But Shafir had other ideas.

On a recent AEW Collision, Shafir interfered in Storm’s tag team match. This feud between Shafir and Storm has dated all the way back to Blood & Guts.

Storm wants it to end at AEW Revolution. The match will have the added stipulation of “Everyone is Banned From Ringside”. Will we have a clean finish on Sunday night?

    AEW Revolution 2026
The Don Callis Family (Kazuchika Okada, Kyle Fletcher, and Mark Davis) (c) vs. Místico and JetSpeed (“The Jet” Kevin Knight and “Speedball” Mike Bailey)
    (AEW World Trios Championship)

On the March 4th edition of AEW Dynamite, JetSpeed and Hangman Adam Page defended the AEW World Trios Championship against members of the Don Callis Family.

At the end of the match, MJF hit Page with the Dynamite Diamond Ring. This cost Page and his team the AEW Trios Championship.

At AEW Revolution, JetSpeed will get a rematch. Since Page is busy elsewhere on the card, JetSpeed will be joined by a new partner, CMLL’s Mistico.

It will certainly be a high-flying team at AEW Revolution. Can they overcome the odds and defeat the talented team of Okada, Fletcher, and Davis?

    AEW Revolution 2026
    Andrade El Ídolo vs. Bandido

On the February 28th edition of AEW Collision, Andrade El Ídolo defeated Tomohiro Ishii in the main event. After the match, ROH World Champion Bandido arrived to confront Andrade. A challenge was quickly made and accepted for AEW Revolution.

This will be the first singles match between the two luchadors in AEW. Andrade El Ídolo has been involved in the World Title picture since returning to All Elite Wrestling. Can he pick up a victory over another World Champion? It should be a special match in Los Angeles.

    AEW Revolution 2026
The Babes of Wrath (Harley Cameron and Willow Nightingale) (c) vs. Megan Bayne and Lena Kross
(AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship)

On the February 25th edition of AEW Dynamite, it looked like MegaBad was about to win the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship.

Unfortunately, Penelope Ford fell out of the ring and injured her ankle. Megan Bayne tried to fight the Babes of Wrath by herself but was unsuccessful. Lena Kross, who has aligned herself with MegaBad, entered the ring causing a disqualification.

At AEW Revolution, Megan Bayne and Lena Kross will get a shot at the Tag Team titles. Kross will have a match earlier in the night against Willow Nightingale for the TBS Championship.

Who will get the advantage of a rested tag team partner for this tag match? Megan Bayne seems like the most logical choice to be ready for this huge title opportunity.

    AEW Revolution 2026
Brody King vs. Swerve Strickland (with Prince Nana)

On the February 18th edition of AEW Dynamite, Swerve Strickland defeated Kenny Omega in a highly competitive match.

After the match, Strickland shocked the world by attacking Omega with a chain around his neck. It was one of the most brutal moments in AEW history.

After that, Swerve Strickland called himself the “Most Dangerous Man in AEW”. Brody King took exception to that moniker and challenged Strickland to a match at AEW Revolution. Swerve accepted the challenge by attacking King from behind and choking him out with a chain as well.

Brody King and Swerve Strickland will face off in singles action on Sunday night. It should be the most physical match on Sunday’s card. Who will be able to claim the “Most Dangerous” title in All Elite Wrestling?

    AEW Revolution 2026
FTR (Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood) (c) vs. The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) (AEW World Tag Team Championship)

On the February 11th AEW Dynamite, the Young Bucks faced off against The Rascalz and the returning Private Party for a future AEW World Tag Team title shot.

It was a chaotic fourteen minute match but the Young Bucks were victorious in the end. Another chapter in the epic rivalry between FTR and the Young Bucks at AEW Revolution.

This will be the fifth installment between these two teams against each other for Tag Team gold. Can FTR continue their third AEW World Tag Team title reign?

Or will the Young Bucks get their record breaking fourth title reign? It is also special when these two teams face off against each other.

    AEW Revolution 2026
    Thekla (c) vs. Kris Statlander
    (Two Out of Three Falls)
    (AEW Women’s World Championship)

On February 11th, Kris Statlander faced off against Thekla for the AEW Women’s World Championship in a Strap Match.

It was a brutal and bloody match. But in the end, the other members of Triangle of Madness caused enough distraction to cost Statlander the title.

Kris Statlander and Thekla now have evened the score with one victory for each against each other. What will they do for the rubber match?

It is a rare Two Out of Three Falls match for the AEW Women’s World Championship. Can Statlander win back the AEW Women’s World Championship? Or will “The Toxic Spider” find a way to win again? With Two out of Three Falls, anything can truly happen.

    AEW Revolution 2026
Jon Moxley (c) vs. Konosuke Takeshita
    (AEW Continental Championship)

Since winning the AEW Continental Championship at Worlds End, Moxley has lived up to his word of being a fighting champion.

He has fought five Continental Championship Eliminator matches and won them all. He even defended the AEW Continental Championship against Konosuke Takeshita at Grand Slam Australia. The epic match ended in a time limit draw.

On a recent AEW Dynamite, Jon Moxley challenged Takeshita to another AEW Continental Championship match at AEW Revolution.

Konosuke accepted and the match will be fought under No Time Limit Rules. What will happen when two of the best wrestlers in the world face off? It could be another classic for sure.

    AEW Revolution 2026
MJF (c) vs. Hangman Adam Page
    (Texas Death Match)
    (AEW World Championship)

The feud between MJF and Hangman Adam Page dates back to the very beginning of AEW. In the first-ever match, the Casino Battle Royale, Page eliminated MJF last to win the match. The feud continued later that year when MJF defeated Page for the first-ever Dynamite Diamond Ring.

This began a long and personal feud between two of the best in All Elite Wrestling. At last year’s AEW Revolution and Forbidden Door, Page defeated MJF in singles matches. MJF has not defeated Page in singles action in over six years. He will get his chance on Sunday night.

Page won a World Title shot at Grand Slam Australia. He would face MJF for the World Title at AEW Revolution. However, he added a unique stipulation to the match.

He told MJF he wanted the feud to end and if he didn’t win on Sunday night, he would never fight for the World title again. Huge stakes indeed.

But one more wrinkle would be added to Sunday’s World Title match. Page wanted it to be a Texas Death Match. MJF wasn’t a fan and tried to cheat in a coin flip to prevent it from happening.

He failed, and it will be a Texas Death Match in Los Angeles. Can MJF finally break his losing streak against Page and end Hangman’s World Title Dreams forever? Max would love nothing more than to do so at Revolution.
