It is time for a huge AEW World Title match as we preview AEW Dynamite IGNITE for 7/30/25. We are just a few weeks removed from AEW All In.

In front of 27,000 Texas fans, Hangman Page finally ended the 273-day reign of Jon Moxley. It is time to do it again! We will also hear from MJF and have another big match in the AEW World Tag Team Championship Eliminator Tournament.

Let us learn more about this big night in Chicago in the latest edition of AEW Ignite.

    MJF Will Appear Live

A lot is going on in the life of MJF these days. He appeared in the huge movie “Happy Gilmore 2” that came out last week.

He has a future World title shot. He has major troubles with Bobby Lashley. He even has issues with Mark Briscoe as well. What is next for MJF?

MJF will be live in Chicago this week. Will he address his major issues with Bobby Lashley and Mark Briscoe? He wants to focus on winning back the AEW World Championship, but will the distractions be too much to handle?

    The Outrunners vs. Young Bucks
(World Tag Team Title Eliminator Tournament Quarterfinal)

It has been a rough couple of weeks for the Young Bucks. They lost their EVP titles at AEW All In. They don’t have limos, a private locker room or even their entrance anymore. They really are at their lowest point in All Elite Wrestling.

But the Young Bucks can get back on track on Wednesday night. They are in the World Tag Team Title Eliminator Tournament.

If they can win the tournament, they will get a shot at the Tag Team Titles at Forbidden Door on August 24th. Is a historic fourth tag team reign in the cards?

The quarterfinal match-up will be against the Outrunners. The greatest tag team of the 1980s is certainly one of the most popular in All Elite Wrestling. But they haven’t won the Tag Titles. Will this be the first step towards that goal?

    Ricochet vs. Mark Briscoe

On last week’s AEW Dynamite, Mark Briscoe interrupted MJF’s promo. He wanted a match against MJF for his recent actions. MJF refused but not before disrespecting the late Jay Briscoe’s memory first.

As opposed to getting MJF, Mark Briscoe will be facing the dangerous Ricochet on Wednesday night. They have previous history having faced off against each other in a Stretcher Match at Double or Nothing this past May. Ricochet won that night.

Can Briscoe focus on Ricochet on Wednesday night? We know his mind is focused squarely on MJF. Will that cost him in Chicago?

    Hangman Page
    (c) vs. Jon Moxley
    (AEW World Championship)

It was a special moment when Hangman Page defeated Jon Moxley in a Texas Deathmatch at AEW All In. To finally overcome the odds of the Death Riders and “free” the World Title from the briefcase for the first time in months. It was certainly a sigh of relief from the AEW fans. But will it be a short-lived moment?

On Wednesday night, a huge rematch will occur. Hangman Page is putting the title on the line just 18 days after winning it. Will Moxley win the title for a historic fifth title reign?

The title match has a unique stipulation. Everyone is banned from ringside. We haven’t seen Moxley fight a clean match in months. Will it actually happen on Wednesday night? or not If it does, Page could end Moxley’s Death Riders group once and for all.

    What To Expect:

    • What is next in the feud between “Timeless” Toni Storm and Athena?
    • Will the Don Callis Family set their sights on Swerve Strickland yet again?
    • Will we start to learn more matches for Forbidden Door?
