It is the go-home show before AEW Revolution as we preview AEW Dynamite IGNITE for 3/5/25! What final twists and turns will we see before Sunday’s pay-per-view?

We now know eight matches for AEW Revolution. Before we get to Sunday in Los Angeles, we have Cope in action, an important contract signing, and a massive women’s tag team match.

Who will gain the final momentum before the AEW Revolution? We will find out on Wednesday night. In the latest edition of AEW Dynamite IGNITE, we will learn more about this important card in Sacramento.

Swerve Strickland vs. Ricochet Contract Signing

Is there anything more chaotic in professional wrestling than a contract signing? On Wednesday night, Swerve Strickland and Ricochet will have a contract signing for their huge match at AEW Revolution.

The winner of that match will become the number one contender for the AEW World Championship. If that match is anything like their match from February 5th, we are in for another epic.

Ricochet wanted nothing to do with another match against Swerve Strickland. He has been bragging about his cheap victory and vowing to move to AEW gold.

What will Ricochet and Strickland have to say just four days before AEW Revolution? Expect more fireworks in this heated rivalry.

Thunder Rosa & Kris Statlander vs. Megan Bayne & Penelope Ford

Two weeks ago on AEW Dynamite, two of the most powerful women in AEW (Kris Statlander and Megan Bayne)  were having a truly hard-hitting match.

It was an exciting nine-minute matchfilled with many huge power moves —that is, until the controversial ending.

Statlander went to the top rope but was knocked off by an interfering Penelope Ford. Bayne took advantage to pick up the cheap victory.

As the new alliance of Bayne and Ford went to attack Statlander after the match, Thunder Rosa made the save with a steel chair in hand. She decided to not use it that night.

On this week’s AEW Dynamite, we finally have a tag team match. Kris Statlander has given Thunder Rosa “permission to swing at them”.

Will it happen on Wednesday night? Here is hoping for a good match between some of the best in the AEW Women’s Division.

    Cope vs. Wheeler Yuta

Cope has vowed to take out the members of the Death Riders one by one. On a recent AEW Collison, he took out Pac with a Conchairto.

On last week’s AEW Dynamite, Cope took out Claudio Castagnoli the same way. And he even set up Marina Shafir so Willow Nightingale could hit her with a Conchairto. Only Death Rider’s Wheeler Yuta was saved by AEW World Champion Jon Moxley.

That is until Wednesday night in Sacramento. Cope will have a match with Wheeler Yuta. Is the goal to simply defeat Yuta or make sure he ends up like the other members of the Death Riders?

We know Jon Moxley will be waiting and watching this match very closely. The AEW World Championship match at AEW Revolution looms large indeed on AEW Dynamite.

    What To Expect:

    • Can Harley Cameron keep her momentum going in Sacramento?
    • Will we see our “Timeless” Toni Storm and Mariah May face off one more time before Sunday?
    • Will we learn any final matches for AEW Revolution?
