    Local rock star, top independent wrestlers coming to North Tonawanda. Every Time I Die‘s Andy Williams, former World Wrestling Entertainment star Trent Barretta to wrestle alongside national and local talent. Empire State Wrestling (ESW) will return to the St. Johnsburg Fire Hall, 7165 Ward Road, North Tonawanda, NY on Saturday, October 6 for “Overdrive”. Second-row tickets are $17 and general admission is $15. Ticket prices rise $3 on the day of the show. As Empire State Wrestling Presents Overdrive.

    Doors open at 5 p.m. with bell-time at 6 p.m. “Overdrive” will also be broadcast over live streaming service Twitch. Select pre-show matches being taped exclusively for Powerslam.TV.

    “I’m extremely excited for the show on October 6th,” said ESW promoter Brett Stymus. “I encourage everyone, even non-wrestling fans to come out and watch the hands-down best wrestling in all of Western New York. You will be glad you made plans to come to see us. Believe me!”

    • Every Time I Die guitarist Andy Williams will team with ESW Heavyweight Champion Pepper Parks to form the team known as The Butcher and the Blade; The duo will face North Tonawanda’s Kevin Bennett and Buffalo, N.Y.’s Puf
    • Beyond Wrestling stars J.T. Dunn and Ace Romero; Binghamton, N.Y. native Sean Carr; Albion, N.Y.’s Kevin Blackwood; plus many more of ESW’s regular fan favorites and villains

    Empire State Wrestling Presents Overdrive

    ESW promotes eight shows a year, primarily held at the St. Johnsburg Fire Hall in North Tonawanda, N.Y., boasting crowds of over 400 fans.

    As Western New York’s premier independent professional wrestling promotion, ESW over the years has hosted many of pro wrestling’s top up-and-comers and biggest legends. Current World Wrestling Entertainment stars Kevin Owens, Luke Harper, Matt Hardy, Goldust, Rhyno, Jinder Mahal, Curt Hawkins, Cedric Alexander, Ruby Riott, Tye Dillinger and Tony Nese have appeared in ESW’s ring. Pro wrestling legends Kevin Nash, Brutus Beefcake, Billy Gunn, X-Pac, The Honky Tonk Man, Jim Duggan, Demolition, Raven, The Sandman, Tommy Dreamer, and several others have appeared at ESW events.

    Over half of ESW’s performers reside in the Western New York area. All cards are subject to change. Fans can anticipate a great show this weekend. Who are you most looking forward to seeing?
