The Gargano Way

After an epic promo from the Gargano’s that feature Johnny Nightmare and Poison Pixie. It was them in their truest form. Candice was unleashing herself on a defenseless Kacy Cantanazo. It’s Mr. Gargano’s turn to show and prove. Dominik Dijakovic is a man looking to make his family proud as one of the flag bearers in NXT. But after taking Johnny’s speech to heart, he faces off with the former Heart & Soul of NXT in a one-on-one match. Will Dijakovic continue to show why he’s NXT’s man of the people or will Gargano continue on this path of setting things right on Wednesday nights?

The Long-Awaited NXT Championship Match

Dream On?

Velveteen Dream. Adam Cole. One is the longest-reigning NXT Champion in the brand’s history. The other has been a long time coming to challenge for the title.

Velveteen Dream has come from humble beginnings in NXT. From trying to get called up to the main roster, to stealing the show against Aleister Black. To becoming NXT North American Champion. For Velveteen Dream, it has come down to this.

For Adam Cole. It’s continuing to live the prophecy that he beckoned for the Undisputed Era almost 2 years ago. The champ has done what most have yet to do in the brand’s existence.

His goal is to solidify himself as the greatest NXT superstar in the brand’s history or will he dream on?

This is the test for both men. Can Velveteen Dream finally witness his destiny and become the NXT Champion or will Adam Cole continue his long-term reign as the man on top of the NXT mountain?

And I repeat the words of Tom Phillips, what in the world is going at the WWE Performance Center? An attempted kidnapping nearly took place. NXT Superstar as El Hijo almost became a victim again. Where is Joaquin Wilde and Raul Mendoza? What is the fascination with El Hijo? We find out what happened to Finn Balor two weeks ago. As a result he was attacked before a match against Velveteen Dream. Does he know who attacked him, for instance? After a botched surprise from NXT Tag Team Champion Matt Riddle for his unlikely partner, Timothy Thatcher, by Imperium, what will happen next in this struggle for power. After weeks of anticipation, we will get the debut of Karrion Kross…who will become the first victim in Kross’s nightmare?

That was Coming Up NXT for 5/3/20. Tune in tomorrow as NXT is only on the USA Network!
