AEW Dynamite IGNITE for 4/7/21
Tay Conti vs The Bunny

On last week’s show, Tay Conti was on the receiving end of a kendo stick attack and was quickly pinned by The Bunny. Until that moment, Tay Conti had been on a major roll winning many huge singles matches. Can she get back on track?

The Bunny has returned to in-ring competition in recent weeks after a long absence. Will she be able to built on last week’s upset and defeat Tay Conti yet again? She might have to do it without a kendo stick this time around.

Jurassic Express vs Bear Country

This feud started on a recent episode of AEW Dark: Elevation when Marko Stunt cost a distracted Bear Country a match against Private Party. After the match, Jurassic Express tried to apologize but Bear Country started a brawl instead. It comes to a head with a tag team match on Wednesday night.

Jurassic Express is one of the most popular tag teams in AEW. Will they overlook the up-and-coming Bear Country? If Bear Country can pull off the upset, it can truly help establish them in the very talented AEW tag team division.

Darby Allin (c) vs. JD Drake
(TNT Championship)

Darby Allin has vowed to be more of a fighting TNT Champion. He has begun having open contracts for any interested challengers on AEW Dynamite. His next challenger is a surprising one in JD Drake.

Drake is a solid independent wrestler. He only joined the AEW roster in February. His in-ring matches have been on AEW Dark usually in a losing effort. Can he showcase himself in his biggest match to date? We could be in for a sleeper match for the TNT Championship.

Hangman Page vs. Max Caster

Max Caster has been on a real hot streak recently. He was one of the six competitors in the Face of the Revolution Ladder Match. After that match, he has continued to pull out some big singles victories. He even defeated three straight Dark Order members in 10, Alex Reynolds and Colt Cabana. He has now requested his biggest challenge to date against Dark Order ally, Hangman Page.

Hangman Page has been on an impressive win streak since allying himself with the Dark Order. Will they play a factor in this match? We know Caster will do everything in his power to try to pull off the upset on AEW Dynamite.

Jon Moxley & The Young Bucks vs Kenny Omega & The Good Brothers

Kenny Omega and the Good Brothers pulled off a six-man tag team victory on last week’s AEW Dynamite. After the match, Jon Moxley came out to take on his three past rivals. He didn’t have to go it alone for long as the Young Bucks came out to even the odds. Kenny Omega and the Good Brothers walked away that night and agreed to this huge six-man tag team match on this week’s show.

We have a lot of big questions coming into this match. How will Moxley and the Young Bucks work as a team? Can the Young Bucks possibly be trusted against their former ally, Kenny Omega? Here is hoping Jon Moxley won’t have to be watching his back during Wednesday night’s huge main event.
