On Saturday, March 1st, 2025, the WWE presents Elimination Chamber 2025 from Rogers Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This marks the WWE’s return to Toronto as a PLE since last year’s Money in the Bank event.
This is the final event in the WWE’s road to WrestleMania, so the primary focus is determining the final two major championships to be featured at the ‘showcase of the immortals’.
With Charlotte Flair facing Tiffany Stratton and Gunther facing Jey Uso, the question is, who will face Cody Rhodes and Rhea Ripley?
These questions will be answered on Saturday evening. A number of scenarios appear to be rumored or speculated about before and during the event. At the time of this writing, a few surprises have been speculated to occur.

Men’s Elimination Chamber Match
Seth Rollins vs. Drew McIntyre vs. John Cena vs. CM Punk vs. Logan Paul vs. Damien Priest
In what John Cena’s final match in Toronto will be, predictions of how he will fare have been all the talk on social media.
From predictions of him winning to predictions of him losing and what is next for him, John has clearly been a focal point of this match in one way or another.
But Cena’s status isn’t the only topic of discussion leading into this match. The same could be said about CM Punk. The voice of the voiceless has often expressed his desire to main-event WrestleMania upon his return to the WWE.
With last year’s triceps injury forcing Punk to miss WrestleMania 40, so did his aspirations to main-event the event and capture the WWE championship.
But with Punk’s aspirations of winning and challenging Cody Rhodes, will those aspirations be met with a win at the Elimination Chamber? If he doesn’t, what does his road to WrestleMania look like if he isn’t competing for a title?
While Cena and Punk are among the two biggest questions going into and out of the event, what does that say about the remaining four competitors in the match?
Seth Rollins, Drew McIntyre, Logan Paul, and Damien Priest have either held the company’s top prize or challenged for it. What are the chances of any of them winning at the Elimination Chamber?
If we look at the mathematical chances of any competitor winning the match, they work out to 16.67%. So, while the actual chances are slim, the Scott Steiner in us suggests they could be even slimmer.
If that is the case, what does the road to WrestleMania look like for the likes of Logan Paul, Damien Priest, Drew McIntyre, and Seth Rollins?
The rumor and speculation online (so take that for what it is worth) has thrown the idea of Damien Priest and Drew McIntyre facing each other at WrestleMania while Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns once again renewing their rivalry with one another at WrestleMania.
Is Logan Paul the legitimate dark horse in this match that could very well fly under the radar in the Elimination Chamber itself?
It appears that nothing from a fan’s perspective has hinted at one definitive answer as to who is or isn’t the winner of the Men’s Elimination Chamber. But all these questions will be answered on Saturday, March 1st, 2025.

Unsanctioned Match
Sami Zayn vs. Kevin Owens
This had to be the next logical move in this relationship, right? It has seen countless reunions, splits, alliances, and animosities, so it’s no wonder they still make this relationship work!
The whole idea of the unsanctioned match had to raise the bar on just how violent both are willing to be. It needed to push both to a place where there may ultimately be no turning back.
From stocking someone outside their home to speaking with someone’s recently recovered mother from a near-fatal illness, these two have gone…there.
In previewing this match, something could help to push this feud in a place where both men have yet to go, and that is to involve their families.
While we have seen photos of Kevin’s son, daughter, and wife online, Sami’s wife sitting at ringside, and a video of his son, having the families play a role in this match and its outcome would be another layer.
Of course, there needs to be some concern about what these two are suggesting they are willing to do to one another. Would family members really want to witness it up close? These two are willing to do almost anything to one another. Or are they going to do EVERYTHING to one another?

Women’s Elimination Chamber Match
Bianca Belair vs. Alexa Bliss vs. Naomi vs. Liv Morgan vs. Roxanne Perez vs. Bayley
With the Men’s Elimination Chamber match discussed earlier, who among these former women’s champions presents themselves as the one to walk out of the chamber and challenge the Women’s World Champion at WrestleMania?
This past Monday, the speculation was that the Women’s tag team champions would be walking into the Elimination Chamber match as a threat and walking out a challenger for the title.
But that didn’t ultimately happen, as Bianca Belair and Naomi lost their women’s tag team titles to Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez.
With that said, if we are looking at threats to go into the WrestleMania as a challenger for the Women’s championship, it likely wouldn’t be someone holding a title.
So, while Liv Morgan certainly is a formidable contender and someone who could make a case for herself as a potential double champion, it seems unlikely.
This leaves Bayley, Alexa Bliss, Bianca Belair, Naomi, and Roxanne Perez. As talented as Perez is and as likely as she is to hold the title in the future, she is still very much an active force in NXT until she departs the brand.
This leaves Bayley, Bianca, Naomi, and Alexa. Alexa’s return allows for a new opportunity and is a great way to put a new spin on her previous incarnation alongside Bray Wyatt. She may be exactly what WrestleMania needs to make a match for the title new and fresh.
A problem that presents itself here is that only Liv Morgan is a competitor on Raw. Perez is technically tied to NXT; the remaining four are all Smackdown competitors.
The current champion, Rhea Ripley is part of Monday Night Raw. If the title stays specific to Raw, it only makes Liv Morgan the only viable option to win the title using the Raw competitor facing Raw champion theory.
In the case of Bianca and Naomi a rumor running rampant is that Jade Cargill may make her shocking return. Could the truth behind who really attacked her also be revealed?

Trish Stratus and Tiffany Stratton vs. Nia Jax and Candice LaRae
This match could be fun as it involves passing the torch and allowing different generations to work together. Trish has more than shown how active and talented she is in the ring.
With Tiffany’s growing popularity and Trish, the hometown Hall of Famer, looking to add something different to this tag team match, it will be fun to see.
Nia Jax and Candice LaRae’s alliance doesn’t appear to have any cracks in it, but could a loss ultimately lead to a split between them?
With Jax losing the Women’s championship and ultimately trying to intimidate Tiffany from cashing in, she may snap! That fury could be taken out on Candice LaRae in the process.

The Rock is coming to WWE Elimination Chamber to see if Cody Rhodes will agree to be ‘his champion.’
‘I want your soul’. To be asked to give up your mind, body, and soul in exchange for anything you and your family could ever need or want is nothing short of an indecent proposal.
Is it a coincidence that The Rock, whose father was “The Soulman” himself, wants to replicate that desire to possess one himself?
In The Rock’s request, Roman Reigns appears to be lost. The Tribal Chief could have been the ‘brother’ the Rock desired but isn’t, and why?
The offer is reminiscent of the film The Devil’s Advocate, with one being offered everything he wanted and even didn’t want simply to work for him.
Those who have seen the film are aware of the twists, but ultimately, one man desired to do the right thing, which prevented the film from ending tragically.
For Cody Rhodes, he hasn’t presented himself during this time as a conflicted ‘soul’. That could very well tip the scales in one’s favor.
As the son of the Common Man, someone who was self-made and self-earned and represents the values indicative of the American Dream, could it be possible that everything one makes stands for wouldn’t matter anymore as it doesn’t align with his character or values?
The answer to this will be revealed on March 1st! What do you think will happen at the Elimination Chamber? Let us know below.
What to Expect:
- Travis Scott will be at Elimination Chamber
- A return during the Women’s Elimination Chamber
