After the AEW Championship week, what is next for the champions of All Elite Wrestling as we preview the AEW Dynamite IGNITE for 4/20/22 edition?
We are only about a month away from the AEW Double or Nothing pay-per-view. What people will qualify for the Owen Hart Foundation tournament? Will Wardlow get some revenge? What is Tony Khan’s huge announcement? It is going to be another fun, Dynamite. Let us find out more about the huge show in Pittsburgh in the latest edition of AEW Dynamite IGNITE.
Tony Khan Will Make a Huge Announcement
It is a Wednesday so it must be time for another Tony Khan announcement! The last time Khan made an announcement it was to buy Ring of Honor. What could he possibly have in mind for Wednesday night?
Could it be a new home for ROH? Could it be a huge show between New Japan and All Elite Wrestling? Can it be a streaming home for AEW? The possibilities are endless, and let us hope the announcement helps lead to an exciting summer for the young company.

Wardlow vs. The Butcher
On last week’s AEW Dynamite, Wardlow cost MJF another match. This time it was a countout loss against Shawn Dean. It has been multiple weeks now of Wardlow interfering in Maxwell’s business. It is now time for some revenge.
MJF has hired The Butcher to take out Wardlow on Wednesday night. This is a role that The Butcher is certainly comfortable with in his past. Can The Butcher take out Wardlow on Wednesday night? MJF clearly wants that to be the case.

Dustin Rhodes vs. CM Punk
On last week’s AEW Rampage, Dustin Rhodes challenged CM Punk to a match. The 53 year old Rhodes has asked for a “dream match” against Punk. He will get his chance in Pittsburgh.
CM Punk has been on a roll in recent weeks. He wants to challenge for AEW titles. A loss to the grizzled veteran could derail those plans. It will be a fun match between two veterans that have a combined 57 years of in-ring experience. The stakes are high.
Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. vs. Danielle Kamela
(Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament Qualifier)
At St. Patrick’s Day Slam, Britt Baker lost the AEW Women’s World Championship title to Thunder Rosa. Since that heartbreaking loss, Baker has been “boycotting” AEW programming. That is until the show came back to her hometown of Pittsburgh. It is time for our favorite dentist to return to the AEW ring.
Baker will be facing Danielle Kamela in an Owen Hart Foundation Tournament qualifier. This will just be Kamela’s third match in AEW. She has been wrestling for over seven years now. If Baker is coming in expecting an easy victory, she might be in for a huge surprise.
Jungle Boy vs. Kyle O’ Reilly
(Owen Hart Foundation Men’s Tournament Qualifier)
On last week’s AEW Dynamite, ReDragon lost another opportunity to win the tag team titles from Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus. There have been multiple close calls for O’Reilly and Fish. Can they regain some momentum on Wednesday night?
It is a huge Owen Hart qualifier on Wednesday night. Jungle Boy will be in singles action against Kyle O’ Reilly. As good as O’ Reilly is in tag team action, he has proven himself to be a dangerous single competitor over the years. It should be an epic match to determine another entry into this prestigious tournament.
Hook’s AEW Dynamite Debut
That “Cold Hearted Handsome Devil” will make his AEW Dynamite in-ring debut. Hook has an undefeated record of six wins and zero losses. He has built up the victories on AEW Rampage and AEW Revolution. Can he be ready for the bright lights of Dynamite for the very first time? Judging by past experience, Hook won’t be showing emotions either way.

Andrade El Idolo vs. Darby Allin
(Coffin Match)
It is time to take this rivalry to a whole new level. The Andrade Family Office has been feuding with Darby Allin and his allies for a few months now. It has been a back and forth battle. On last week’s AEW Dynamite, Darby Allin challenged Andrade to a Coffin Match.
This is not Darby’s first Coffin Match in All Elite Wrestling. Last year, he defeated Ethan Page in a brutal coffin match. Will that experience give him the edge on Wednesday night? We know Andrade El Idolo will be desperate to pull off the huge victory. It should be a great way to end AEW Dynamite.
