This, and more, will be detailed in this week’s edition of the Diatribe!

AEW Dynamite opens with Jon Moxley making his way through the crowd for the opening match!

Mic in hand, Jericho steps in the ring. Jericho tells the crowd to watch their language as they chant. He directs his attention to Moxley, praising him for his recent success. Jericho talks about his past with Moxley, who asked him for advice early in his career. They would then become adversaries, but Jericho caught him how to become a champion. Years later, Moxley called Jericho to reignite his passion for wrestling, which led to AEW. Even when Moxley dropped him at Double or Nothing, Jericho saw he was still a winner.

Jericho says Moxley needs him before inviting him joining The Inner Circle. Audible “no” chants emit from the crowd. Jericho tells Moxley to give the idea some thought; they will be waiting. Jericho drapes an Inner Circle t-shirt over Moxley’s should before leaving up the ramp with his group.
