Brian Myers (w/Sam Beale) vs Jake Something
The self-proclaimed Most Professional Wrestler has taken Sam Beale under his wing in recent weeks. On July 24th, Myers stood in Beale’s corner while Jake Something put an absolute beating on him. Following the two-and-a-half-minute squash match, Myers got on the mic telling Sam Beale not to be like Jake Something. According to Brian Myers, Jake Something is unprofessional, and because of that, he will never be a top guy.
The following week, Jake Something teamed with Satoshi Kojima to defeat Myers and Beale in tag team action. Following their victory Jake Something challenged Brian Myers to a singles match. If Bryan Myers wins, Jake Something will admit that Myers is the most professional wrestler. However, if Jake wins, Myers must acknowledge Jake Something as more professional. Things could get messy in this battle of honor, Thursday night on AXS TV.

Kimber Lee & Susan vs Rosemary & Havok
In June, the compact between Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo, Kimber Lee, and Susan started to crumble. While Lee & Susan were able to keep credible threats away from The Virtuosa’s title, they rarely won in their own matches. This really stuck in Purrazzo’s craw, as she mentioned backstage on June 17th. The following week, Purrazzo defeated Susan in singles action, seemingly putting her pant suited protégé in her place. But will the trio ever be the same again?
This week Kimber Lee & Susan team up to face the unlikely duo of Rosemary & Havok. Despite their storied rivalry, Rosemary & Havok seem to be having quite a bit of fun in the knockouts tag team division. But how long can this unity last? On Thursday night, these four women square off, with the winners making a push for the coveted Knockouts Tag Team Championships at Slammiversary.

Kenny Omega & Sami Callihan Contract Signing
This IMPACT World Championship match has been a long time coming for Sami Callihan. After Rich Swann lost IMPACT Wrestling’s top prize to Kenny Omega, practically the whole locker room lined up for a shot. At Under Siege, Kenny Omega’s henchmen Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson interfered to take Sami Callihan out of the 5-way #1 Contender’s match. Then, at Against All Odds, Callihan made his presence known in Jacksonville, attacking Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks. For these actions, IMPACT Wrestling executive VP (and Kenny Omega’s Manager) Don Callis fired Sami Callihan.
Two weeks later, the IMPACT Wrestling board of directors re-hired Callihan, and Scott D’Amore announced he would face Kenny Omega at Slammiversary. But why would Kenny Omega send The Good Brothers after Sami Callihan? Is the AEW & IMPACT World Champion afraid of The Worldwide Desperado? See what Kenny Omega and Sami Callihan have to say to each other when they sign their Slammiversary main event contracts, this Thursday on IMPACT Wrestling.
