Last Sunday Night, AEW held its excellent AEW Dynasty pay-per-view as we preview AEW Dynamite IGNITE for 4/15/26. But this company never rests on its laurels. It is time for Spring BreakThru!
On this week’s AEW Dynamite, we have three title matches. The TBS Championship will be on the line. The TNT Championship will also be on the line. And most surprising, the AEW World Championship will be on the line as well. It is another loaded card on a Wednesday night!
Let us learn more about this huge night in Everett in the latest edition of AEW Ignite.
AEW Dynamite IGNITE for 4/15/26
Willow Nightingale (c) vs. Kamille
(TBS Championship)
As AEW Dynasty was starting last Sunday, Willow Nightingale was having a backstage interview. That is until she was attacked. In a shocking moment, a returning Kamille took out the TBS Champion.
Kamile had not been seen on AEW Television since November 2024. Some doubted she would ever return to the company. But not only did she return, she set her sights on the TBS Champion.
At Spring BreakThru, Willow Nightingale will defend her title against Kamille. The biggest question heading into the show is the health of Nightingale.
She received not one but two attacks at the hands of “The Brickhouse”. Can Willow possibly be ready? If not, her TBS Championship will be in the hands of Kamille at the end of Wednesday night.
AEW Dynamite IGNITE for 4/15/26
Kevin Knight (c) vs. Claudio Castagnoli
(TNT Championship)
At AEW Dynasty, a 10-man Casino Gauntlet match was held for the vacant TNT Championship. As Daniel Garcia locked a submission on Mike Bailey, Kevin Knight jumped off the top rope to hit a UFO Splash on Garcia. And with that incredible move, Kevin Knight was the new TNT Champion.
But Kevin Knight will receive no time to celebrate at Spring BreakThru. He will face Claudio Castagnoli. Castagnoli was the only member of the Death Riders not in action on Sunday night at AEW Dynasty.
Can Knight possibly survive the veteran Castagnoli? If he can, he will prove himself to be a truly worthy champion.
AEW Dynamite IGNITE for 4/15/26
MJF (c) vs. Darby Allin
(AEW World Championship)
At AEW Dynasty, Darby Allin defeated Andrade El Idolo. This won Allin a future AEW World Championship match. And Darby isn’t waiting. He will fight for the World Championship at Spring Breakthru.
He will face an old rival, MJF for the AEW World Championship. MJF successfully defended his title, with some underhanded tactics, against Kenny Omega at AEW Dynasty. MJF would certainly like some rest after Sunday night but he will be defending his title yet again.
This will be the second match between MJF and Darby Allin in singles action in AEW. The first time they faced it was an excellent match at AEW Full Gear 2021. Darby lost that day.
He has never defeated MJF in All Elite Wrestling. Can he do so and win the World Championship in front of his hometown fans? It would be a special moment for sure.
What To Expect:
- Will we see Adam Copeland and Christian Cage after their heartbreaking loss to FTR?
- What will Chris Jericho do next after his devastating loss?
- What is next for the Don Callis Family after Sunday’s events?
