The 2024 edition of WWE Elimination Chamber goes down under and is emanating from the Optus Stadium in Perth, Western Australia, Australia.
As in recent years, both Elimination Chamber matches will have WrestleMania implications. With several WWE superstars from Australia, this gives them a chance to perform in a major show in their home country. A few are also notably absent from the card.
WWE Elimination Chamber 2024
WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship
Kabuki Warriors (c) vs. Candice LaRae & Indi Hartwell
Just announced for the Elimination Chamber preshow, Australia’s own Indi Hartwell gets a shot at gold in her home country with Candice LaRae against Damage CTRL’s Kabuki Warriors.
With the surprise last minute announcement, can Hartwell and LaRae use their home field advantage to overcome the unprepared champs? Will the Kabuki Warriors find a way to hang on to the gold?
WWE Elimination Chamber 2024
Women’s World Championship Match
Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Nia Jax
Australia’s own Rhea Ripley defends the title against Nia Jax. Ripley has had a strong run as champion, while Jax is looking to assert her dominance since returning to WWE.
The winner of this match will face off against the winner of the Women’s Elimination Chamber at WrestleMania.
For the loser, will they have a path to Philadelphia? Can Ripley continue her strong run as champion, keeping gold within Judgment Day? Will Jax be able to assert her dominance and take the title?
WWE Elimination Chamber 2024
The Grayson Waller Effect
(with guests Cody Rhodes and Seth “Freakin” Rollins
Grayson Waller brings his talk show The Grayson Waller Effect back home to Australia with special guests Cody Rhodes and World Heavyweight Champion Seth “Freakin” Rollins.
The Bloodline will certainly be on the minds of Rhodes and Rollins. Rollins will also be defending his title against the winner of the Men’s Elimination Chamber match at WrestleMania.
Will that title match have an exclusive scoop? Will the Aussie get answers for the hard hitting questions or will he just get hit hard in the face?
WWE Elimination Chamber 2024
WWE Undisputed Tag Team Championship match
The Judgment Day (Damian Priest & Finn Balor) (c) vs. Pete Dunn & Tyler Bate
Dunn and Bate earned the right to face Judgment Day by defeating #DIY in the #1 contenders tournament on Smackdown a couple of weeks ago.
Pete Dunn seems to have gotten his focus back since teaming back up with his old tag team partner and reverting his name back from Butch.
Judgment Day has been focused more on R-Truth in recent weeks instead of their Smackdown opponents. Will that focus be a distraction for the champs going into this title defense?
Can Dunn and Bate be the ones to overcome the odds and topple Judgment Day? Will Judgment Day keep their hold at the top of the tag team division heading into WrestleMania?
WWE Elimination Chamber 2024
Women’s Elimination Chamber Match –
Becky Lynch vs. Bianca Belair vs. Liv Morgan vs. Tiffany Stratton vs. Naomi vs. Raquel Rodriguez
This Elimination Chamber match has it all; two returning superstars (Naomi and Raquel Rodriguez), the newcomer (Tiffany Stratton), the Chamber veteran entering her fourth match (Liv Morgan), the past winner (Bianca Belair in 2022), and a surprising first time participant (Becky Lynch).
The winner of this match punches their ticket to Philadelphia and faces the winner of Rhea Ripley/Nia Jax for the Women’s World Championship.
Morgan has made it clear that she is out for revenge on Ripley for putting her out of action for several months with a shoulder injury and has the most experience in the chamber.
Can Belair become the first two-time winner of the women’s chamber match? Will The Man find a way to come out on top in her very first appearance inside the structure?
WWE Elimination Chamber 2024
WWE Undisputed Tag Team Championship match
Men’s Elimination Chamber Match –
Drew McIntyre vs. Randy Orton vs. Bobby Lashley vs. LA Knight vs. Kevin Owens vs. Logan Paul
Drew McIntyre, Randy Orton, and Bobby Lashley all have won an Elimination Chamber match in their career, while Kevin Owens has not.
LA Knight and Logan Paul are stepping into the chamber for the first time. The winner of this match gets a World Heavyweight Championship match against Seth “Freakin” Rollins at WrestleMania.
McIntyre seems to be riding a small wave of momentum heading into the chamber. Will that translate into a second victory for him? Can Orton or Lashley become a two-time winner instead? Will we see a first-time winner instead?
Remember, Elimination Chamber has a special start time of 5am ET/2am PT live on Peacock or wherever you get your WWE PLEs.
