Preview: Coming Up NXT for 2/26/20: Flair vs. Bel Air

Welcome to the first-ever edition of Coming Up NXT, previewing the upcoming edition of NXT on USA! With NXT Takeover: Portland’s results still felt across the black and gold brand, Wednesday’s edition looks to continue to build up as the show to watch as we continue on the Road to Wrestlemania. Let’s take a look at what will take place on this edition of the show including the first-ever battle between Charlotte Flair and Bianca Bel Air.

The Prince Returns

Fresh off his big win two weeks ago at NXT Takeover: Portland defeating Johnny Wrestling in an impressive bout. After stating on last week’s show he will be returning to the show with what his next move is, one can only imagine what he may say or who may come challenge him but one thing for certain, Finn Balor is at the top of his game in NXT.

Tomasso Ciampa and Austin Theory Clash!

Fresh off a passionate promo by Ciampa and utter brutal beating of Theory, these two go head to head for the first time ever! With his mind surely focused on former best friend Johnny Gargano, can Tomasso Ciampa follow up on his actions and beating the former EVOLVE Champion or can Austin Theory shock the world and beat a former NXT Champion in his rookie year in WWE?

Huge First Time Ever Match!

Announced via NXT’s official Instagram, we’re getting the match even Bryan Alvarez saw coming. A battle of NXT past vs. NXT present, the Queen faces the EST in what has to be the sure-fire main event. With Charlotte, she returns to the same arena she won her first women’s title almost 5 years ago. For Bianca, she faces her highest caliber of competition in her entire short career. Will the pressure to prove herself succumb to Flair to the yellow and gold brand standard-bearer or will Bel Air be another notch in the belt of the future Hall of Fame Royal Rumble winner?

Hopefully, we will get more information from the powers that be as we head into Takeover: Tampa Bay on April 4th and future episodes of WWE NXT on USA!
