IMPACT Wrestling continues its phenomenal 2019, as its growth into a global company. This was furthered by IMPACT signing a brand new TV deal with Africa’s top English network, The deal was to broadcast the show week in and week out as well as hold their four PPV’s beginning with Hard To Kill in January.

New Multi-Year Agreement Covers More Than 400 Annual Broadcast Hours on South Africa’s Most-Viewed English-Language Channel

TORONTO  –  IMPACT Wrestling, a subsidiary of Anthem Sports & Entertainment and one of the world’s largest professional wrestling organizations, announced today a new multi-year television deal which will make the home of IMPACT Wrestling across more than 50 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa.

The exclusive broadcast deal will showcase IMPACT Wrestling’s flagship weekly shows IMPACT! and Xplosion, plus four annual pay-per-view spectaculars, its new IMPACT Plus Presents monthly event series and library content.

Beginning in January 2020, IMPACT! will air weekly on and rebroadcast specific program content on’s free-to-air satellite platform Openview.

Hard To Kill airs Sunday, Jan. 12 live on pay-per-view as Sami Callihan defends his IMPACT World Heavyweight Championship against Tessa Blanchard. It marks the first-ever intergender match for a world title in a major company’s history. Getting more and more eyes on this match is something that these two performers deserve.
