IMPACT Wrestling Announces Super X Cup Tournament Bracket

On Tuesday night’s episode of IMPACT Wrestling, the company announces the return of the Super X Cup Tournament. This year’s tournament will feature five stars from IMPACT Wrestling’s X-Division, along with three new wrestlers competing for the Super X Cup trophy. The one-night tournament takes place at Genesis, an IMPACT Plus exclusive event on January 9th. IMPACT Wrestling has announced the following matches:

“All Heart” Blake Christian hails from Missouri and made his pro wrestling debut in 2017. On October 19th, 2019, he defeated Alex Zayne and Mark Wheeler in triple threat match at All Glory, IMPACT Wrestling’s first Twitch-exclusive event. He has also wrestled for Game Changer Wrestling, Black Label Pro, and IWA Mid-South.  NJPW fans will know Blake Christian from NJPW Strong, the weekly program from NJPW’s LA Dojo. Christian brings a considerable striking prowess along with incredible agility. However, his greatest skill is in daredevil aerial maneuvers. A perfect fit for the X-Division.

KC Navarro

KC Navarro is a high flyer from Metuchen, New Jersey. Navarro made his pro wrestling debut in 2015, at only 16 years old. He’s spent much of his career wrestling on the East coast indie scene for promotions like CZW, Superstars of Wrestling Federation, and Pennsylvania Premiere Wrestling. On January 6th, 2019, he participated in a 6-way ladder match for the PPW Championship at New Beginnings, a special cross-promotion event with IMPACT Wrestling.  Earlier this year, he teamed with Danny Limelight against Jurassic Express on an episode of AEW Dark.

Tre Lamar

Tre Lamar hails from Canton, Ohio, and trained under Candice LeRae and Johnny Gargano. Lamar shows an aptitude with striking and grappling along with considerable aerial technique. He debuted in 2017 at Absolute Intense Wrestling’s House of The Rising Sun and has wrestled mostly for Ohio and Indiana promotions. These include Maximum Assault Wrestling, On Point Wrestling, IWA Mid-South, and Black Label Pro. Lamar has been gaining momentum on the indie scene after his appearances with GCW, including 3 matches at The Collective.
