We are two weeks away from IMPACT Plus exclusive event Against All Odds. Following Under Seige, we know that Kenny Omega will defend the IMPACT World Championship against Moose. However, that still leaves much of the card up in the air. Over the next three episodes of IMPACT Wrestling, we should find out more of what to expect on Saturday, June 12th. Sami Callihan Kicks Off IMPACT!
Going into Under Seige, Sami Callihan was the odds-on favorite for #1 Contender. By the night’s end, Moose had claimed that honor. It seems Callihan’s campaign for the IMPACT World Championship isn’t over, however. Last week, Kenny Omega and Moose stood in the ring one-on-one for the first time. When Moose called for Omega to put up or shut up, The Good Brothers came out to back up the IMPACT World Champion. Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson circled the ring-like sharks when Callihan’s logo flashed on screen. When the feed returned, The Worldwide Desperado stood in the ring with a baseball bat. Callihan proceeded to swing like a madman at Omega and his cohort. This week, Callihan has the opportunity to follow up on last week’s statement as he kicks of IMPACT! Wrestling on AXS.
Petey Williams & Josh Alexander vs. TJP & Fallah Bahh
Petey Williams and TJP had an interesting night at Under Siege. IMPACT Wrestling invited the two to compete for #1 Contendership for the tag team titles. However, with Josh Alexander defending the X-Division Championship, Williams had no partner. Likewise, TJP couldn’t enlist usual partner Fallah Bahh, who was busy working off his debts to Johnny Swinger. Finding themselves without tag team partners, Williams & TJP teamed up in a losing effort at Under Siege. The following week, TJP visited Swinger’s Palace to free Fallah Bahh from his debts. However, Petey Williams happened to be taking in the nightlife at Swinger’s Palace at the same time. Incensed by TJP’s rejection, Williams and the X-Division Champion will take on TJP and Fallah Bahh this Thursday night on IMPACT!

Violent By Design Address IMPACT! Wrestling
Last week’s episode of IMPACT Wrestling saw an interesting development in the Tag Team Championship picture. After FinJuice sent Ace Austin & Madman Fulton packing, all four members of Violent By Design took to the ring. Once inside the squared circle, Eric Young informed David Finlay and Juice Robinson that they were going to have a championship match now. In under a minute, Joe Doering and Rhino had pinned Juice Robinson to capture the IMPACT World Tag Team Championships. Now, after months of stalking, harassing, and attacking the IMPACT Wrestling locker room, Violent By Design finally holds some gold. What could this mean for the tag team division? We’ll find out on Thursday night when Violent By Design address their new status in IMPACT Wrestling

Rosemary, Tenille, Havok, Rachael & Taylor vs. Deona, Kimber, Susan, & Fire ‘n’ Flava – 10 Woman Tag Team Match
Last week’s match between Tenille Dashwood and Kiera Hogan broke down into chaos. Tenille had Kiera on the ropes when Kimber Lee, Susan, and Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo came to the ring. Kimber Lee sent Dashwood’s photographer, Kaleb with a K, to the floor before the Knockouts Championship fivesome laid into Dashwood herself. With few friends to her name in the division, things looked bleak for Tenille. Then, Taylor Wilde came to her aid, but quickly succumbed to the overwhelming numbers advantage. Seeing the destruction happening in the ring, Havok came out to even the odds. The powerhouse was able to get Purrazzo and her proteges off of Dashwood and Wilde. However, as Purrazzo & Co ascended the ramp, they received quite the shock when they saw DECAY waiting at the top of the ramp. This week, the factions will square off in an absolutely massive 10-Woman Tag Team Match. Let’s hope this time it doesn’t descend into chaos.
Satoshi Kojima To Appear!
Last week, IMPACT Wrestling aired a special vignette of Satoshi Kojima’s strongest hits. The video package announced that the NJPW legend will be appearing on this Thursday’s IMPACT! Wrestling. While we don’t know what the plans are exactly, the 7-time IWGP Tag Team Champion is likely in IMPACT! as part of Tony Khan’s “Forbidden Door” initiative. Given his recent clashes with The Bullet Club in Japan, and the presence of The Good Brothers and El Phantasma, a continuing feud may be in the cards. Either way, expect hard-hitting action when the legendary Satoshi Kojima appears on IMPACT Wrestling this Thursday night!
