FTR & Shawn Spears (w/ Tully Blanchard) vs. Varsity Blonds & Dante Martin

Last week, MJF announced the formation of The Pinnacle. The goal was to destroy The Inner Circle and change the landscape of AEW forever. They will get their first real test on Wednesday night.

FTR and Shawn Spears will fight in a Trios match against the team of Varsity Blonds and Dante Martin. Can the young team possibly be competitive against their veterans of The Pinnacle? We know MJF will be watching, and he demands perfection from his new stable.

Nyla Rose (w/ Vickie Guerrero) vs. Tay Conti

Nyla Rose is likely in a foul mood. She won the United States Bracket in the AEW Women’s Eliminator Tournament only to lose to Ryo Mizunami in the finals. She lost her chance at the AEW Women’s World Championship at AEW Revolution. Can Rose get back on track at AEW Dynamite against a familiar foe?

Tay Conti is trying to find her place in the AEW Women’s Division against Nyla Rose on Wednesday night. She is trying to move up the rankings after losing her long-time friend Anna Jay to a recent injury. Conti even lost to Nyla Rose in the Eliminator Tournament. Can she pull off the huge upset on AEW Dynamite?

Kenny Omega vs. Matt Sydal

On the first episode of AEW Dark: Elevation, Kenny Omega made a surprise appearance and proceeded to disrespect the Sydal Brothers. Matt Sydal wanted a shot at the AEW World Champion Kenny Omega. Omega agreed that if Sydal could defeat Michael Nakazawa, he would get a future match against Omega. Sydal quickly won the match, and Kenny attempted to back out of the future match agreement. Tony Khan would have none of Kenny’s backtracking and scheduled the match for this week’s AEW Dynamite.

If Matt Sydal can defeat Kenny Omega on Wednesday night, he will get a future AEW World Championship title match. Kenny Omega should not underestimate the highly decorated veteran. He does so at his own peril. If he does, Matt Sydal could pull off a huge victory over “The Cleaner” on Wednesday.

The Young Bucks & Brandon Cutler vs. The Lucha Brothers & Laredo Kid

PAC is out with an injury, so the Lucha Brothers bring in a familiar ally to help: The Laredo Kid! The Laredo Kid previously teamed with The Lucha Brothers at Fyter Fest 2019 in a highly entertaining match Trios match. What will he do for an encore after a two-year absence from AEW?

The Young Bucks seemed to be busy focusing on trouble with the Good Brothers and Kenny Omega in recent weeks. Can they keep the focus on the dangerous high-flying Luchadores in this Trios Match? This match could certainly steal the show on Wednesday night.

Darby Allin (c) vs. John Silver
(TNT Championship)

Darby Allin made a huge challenge on last week’s show. He wanted to be a fighting champion and honor the late, great Brodie Lee. He offered the Dark Order a chance at the TNT Championship match. But who would be the challenger for this prestigious title?

The answer was John Silver. John Silver has been very impressive in recent months. The popular Silver has held his own against some of the best AEW has to offer. He is simply looking for the first title chance. Can Silver bring the title back to the Dark Order on Wednesday night? It should be a fun main event to end another AEW Dynamite.
