This week we will also have the finals of the Blind Eliminator Tag Team Tournament and an FTW Championship match. It is a big night for All Elite Wrestling. Let us find out more about this huge card in Boston in the latest edition of AEW Dynamite IGNITE.
AEW Dynamite IGNITE for 07/19/23
MJF & Adam Cole vs. Daniel Garcia & Sammy Guevara
(Blind Eliminator Tag Team Tournament Final)
The finals of the Blind Eliminator tournament will be in Boston on Wednesday night. Eight teams have competed for a shot at a future AEW World Tag Team Championship opportunity. The final two teams are certainly a contrast in styles.
MJF and Adam Cole’s “friendship” has certainly been a highlight on recent AEW television. The unlikely team has worked together surprisingly well as it defeated Matt Menard and The Butcher, followed by Brian Cage and Big Bill. Can the new friends work together well again?
The other competitors are Daniel Garcia and Sammy Guevara. Even if they don’t always agree, they have been a more established tag team in All Elite Wrestling. Will their experience overcome the power of MJF and Adam Cole’s friendship?

Hook (c) vs. “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry
(FTW Championship)
At Forbidden Door, after another heartbreaking loss, Jack Perry shockingly attacked his long-time friend Hook. Since that fateful June night, Jack Perry has been trying to hide and avoid Hook. That is until this Wednesday night in Boston.
Jack Perry will face Hook for the FTW Championship on AEW Dynamite. It would truly be the ultimate insult for Perry to win the title that has meant so much to Hook’s family for over twenty-five years. Or will Hook finally get his revenge on Perry? It should be a very personal match in Boston.

Blackpool Combat Club, Konosuke Takeshita & PAC vs. The Golden Elite
(Blood and Guts Match)
Since mid-March, the Blackpool Combat Club has been feuding with the Elite. It has led to brutal screwdriver attacks, bloody cage matches, and vicious Anarchy in the Arena. After so much bad blood and actual blood, this feud had to end one way, Blood and Guts. It will be a brutal fight in Boston.
The fifth member of each team was announced last week. The Blackpool Combat Club added Pac. Pac has a long and violent history with Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks. They cost him the Trios Title back in January and months of his career. He will fit in nicely to the BCC on Wednesday night.
The Elite’s fifth member is Kota Ibushi. Ibushi, one of the greatest wrestlers in the world, has a long history with Kenny Omega. They were the Golden Lovers, one of the most decorated tag teams of the early 2010s. Having them work together for the first time in over four years. Just seeing the two together will be a special moment in a truly special match.
What To Expect:
- What is next for Chris Jericho after last week?
- Will Orange Cassidy defend his AEW International Championship yet again?
- What is next for the AEW Women’s Division?
