Jeff Hardy vs AJ Styles vs Sami Zayn

Will the real intercontinental champion please stand up. These three men have been arguing for weeks over who the rightful Intercontinental Champion is, while Jeff and Sami have the most credible claims on the belt AJ Styles insists he was cheated out of his title. While the recognized Intercontinental champion is Jeff Hardy, Sami never lost the title before taking a leave of absence due to the current pandemic. AJ Styles lost to Jeff Hardy on a recent edition of SmackDown where Jeff hit Styles in the face with his knee brace on before capitalizing. As the rematch descended into chaos the Charismatic Enigma suggested the three settle their score in a ladder match. The match would be confirmed for this show on Talking Smack.

Raw Tag Team Titles Match

Street Profits (c) vs Andrade & Angel Garza

Andrade and Garza won a triple threat tag match on Raw granting them another shot at the Street Prophets. The pair lost their last outing against the champs at Summer Slam after Andrade tended to Zelina Vega after a collision with Montez Ford allowing the champs to take full advantage and retain their titles. Now with no manager in their corner how will the duo fare on this challenge? The Street Prophets have held the titles since the March 2nd edition of Raw. The Street Prophets have seen off all challengers in their path so far but can they do it on Sunday?

Women’s Tag Team Title Match

Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler (c) vs The Riot Squad

WWE’s latest odd couple pairing puts Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax together to defend their titles against The Riott Squad. Riott Squad defeated the IIconics in a match where the losers would disband and the winners would get a chance at the tag belts. The challengers did get a win over Baszler. Jax and Baszler’s arguments could come to cost them against a more cohesive partnership.

SmackDown Women’s Title

Bayley (c) vs Nikki Cross

Bayley and Nikki Cross are certainly no strangers to each other in a WWE ring. Cross has challenged for Bayley’s title at Extreme Rules this year but came up short in thanks to Sasha Banks. This time there will be no Sasha Banks in Bayley’s corner after a vicious assault by the Smackdown Women’s champion. Cross thinks she has Bayley’s number without Sasha at ringside as she revealed on a moment of bliss recently. Bayley will have to go it alone this time against Cross.

WWE Universal Championship Match

Roman Reigns w/ Paul Heyman (c) vs Jey Uso

Roman Reigns shocked the world at Summer Slam by returning and wrecking both the Fiend and Braun Strowman then leaving. Reigns followed that up by aligning himself with Paul Heyman and no one saw it coming. Speaking of things no one saw coming Roman’s cousin Jey Uso won a number one contender’s fatal four-way to get an opportunity to challenge Roman at Clash of Champions. Roman has seemed not as enthusiastic as his cousin but Jey is relishing the chance to wrestle his cousin for WWE’s top prize. Roman is going into this as the favorite and Jey is possibly the biggest underdog we’ve seen but anything can happen. Who do you think will win this Universal Championship Match?
