Four short months later, Lesnar’s services were requested by the COO of WWE and Leader of The Authority Triple H. The Authority had disdain with John Cena being the World Heavyweight Champion, and every plan they’ve tried was thwarted.

Plan C was The Beast, the most unstoppable force to be reckoned with, challenging Cena for the World Heavyweight Championship at SummerSlam.

In what has been declared the most one-sided championship match in the history of sports entertainment. Lesnar obliterated the champ with 16 German suplexes, where the referee was even considering stopping the match!

In dominant fashion, Lesnar would capture the World Heavyweight Championship with ease! In 2015, Roman Reigns, a green superstar, won the Royal Rumble match and was declared the #1 contender for the World Heavyweight Championship. Earlier in the night, in an excellent match, Lesnar would successfully defend his championship against Cena and Seth Rollins!

At WrestleMania 31, Reigns would be put to the test in the biggest contest in his career to date; Lesnar was oozing with confidence, and got right in his challenger’s face for intimidation. Right out of the gate, the Beast Incarnate overpowered Reigns, executing an F5.

He went for the cover, but his challenger kicked out, so Lesnar decided to punish him for his deeds. He proceeded to take his foe to Suplex City.

Reigns would finally show some life when he drilled the champion’s skull into the ring post, causing him to bleed profusely; after delivering three Superman punches to Lesnar, Reigns went for his Spear but was caught him while running, hoisted him up, and delivered another F5.

With both men spent unable to make a pinfall, Rollins came sprinting down the ramp to cash in his briefcase, thwarted Reigns’ plans, and would steal the World Heavyweight Championship from both competitors!

The two men had a brief encounter in the 2017 SummerSlam fatal four-way main event. Lesnar would defend the brand new Universal Championship against Samoa Joe, Braun Strowman, and Reigns in a crazy and intense fatal four-way.

Even though this was not a one-on-one encounter, the two powerhouses would still clash in the match. Reigns and Joe were floored in the beginning; Lesnar would quickly be destroyed by The Monster Among Men, power slamming him through two announce tables and flipping the final on top of The Beast!

Lesnar would be stretchered to the back; meanwhile, Reigns and Strowman would continue beating the hell out of each other. Reigns would come so close to putting down the monster until the Beast Incarnate would miraculously recover and drop Reigns with a Thunderous F5 to keep his Championship.

In the 2018 Men’s Elimination Chamber Match, Roman Reigns def. Braun Strowman, John Cena, The Miz, Elias, Seth Rollins, and Finn Balor to become the #1 contender for the Universal Championship, a rematch that had been in the works over the course; of a year!

The following night on Monday Night Raw, Reigns would come down to the ring to have their face-to-face encounter for their clash at The Show of Shows; one small problem the universal champion was not in the building.

Reigns blasted his foe with personal jabs about his lack of care for the WWE Universe and the company as a whole after he decided not to show up to start the build for their match. The challenger was furious and demanded answers from the CEO OF WWE, Vince McMahon, which led to his suspension.

His defiant attitude would steer him into a world of trouble; as the following week, Lesnar would appear live on Raw, Reigns would get an ass-kicking from the champion for running his mouth!

The time had come for Reigns to put his money where his mouth is, after verbally berating for weeks, and finally capture the Universal Championship. The Beast Incarnate was in a foul mood, and repercussions for his foe were about to dish out!

If you thought their first encounter was a massacre, prepare yourself for this annihilation. Lesnar gave Reigns a brutal beatdown; first on the list were several painful-looking German suplexes, and when it wasn’t enough, both men brought the physicality to the outside.

Reigns relent!

This time Reigns would stay in it after kicking out of four deadly F5’s; Lesnar was getting pissed, he busted Reigns open, and blood covered his face! The challenger would go on the offense and execute a Spear to topple the Beast, but this time Lesnar kicked out! He would attempt a second, but he ran right into an F5, and Lesnar pins him to gain the victory!

Their next match would take place in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, at The Greatest Royal Rumble; they would be locked inside a steel cage! Reigns were prepared for the universal champion after taking his best at WrestleMania 34 and still surviving.

The beginning of the contest was precisely how the last one ended, with Lesnar delivering several German suplexes, followed by an F5. Lesnar arrogantly covered his foe, but he kicked out!

He went for a second, but Reigns reversed and instead drilled the champion with several Superman punches, which had Lesnar reeling. Reigns attempted an escape through the cage but were thwarted.

He was then utilizing everything from his arsenal, including a powerbomb, to secure the victory. After going back to the well, he delivered a devastating Spear to Lesnar and another, and after a third Spear, Reigns finally go for the cover; Lesnar barely kicks out!

Roman Reigns & Brock Lesnar – An ending to it all?

The match would have a controversial ending, with Reigns nailing a final Superman punch and a Massive Spear that sent both competitors crashing through the side of the cage and landing on the floor!

The referee Chad Patton declared the Beast Incarnate the winner since his feet touched the floor. First, Reigns’ body was still on the top of the broken cage while his feet remained touching the ring!

On the July 23rd, 2018, edition of Monday Night Raw, Roman Reigns would battle Bobby Lashley, with the winner facing Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship at SummerSlam.

Lashley tried every way possible to put down The Big Dog in a hard-fought and physical match but to no avail. Reigns attempted a spear which was countered but managed to jump off the ropes and finally put his competition away with a Spear to gain the pinfall!

Reigns, the uncrowned universal champion, or so he says, would have one final clash with the Beast Incarnate! Both men, after their storied history with each other, we’re mentally and physically prepared!

Before the match even started, The Monster in the Bank Strowman, the Money in the Bank briefcase holder, would announce that he was biding his time and would cash in on whoever survived the match!

Unleash of The Big Dog

Reigns exploded with three consecutive Superman punches and two massive spears before Lesnar applied a chokehold. Reigns would manage to escape and deliver a spinebuster; the champion tried to do everything to incapacitate the challenger and retain his title.

Roman Reigns tried to deliver another Superman Punch, but Lesnar retaliated with a German suplex and one more for good measure. Next, Reigns would reverse an F5 and charge at his foe with full force, but instead, he crashed into Strowman outside the ring.

Lesnar then dropped the monster down with an F5 on the floor and chunked his briefcase on top of the ramp! With Lesnar distracted his for the moment, Reigns delivered one final Spear and finally claimed the Universal Championship!

At the 2019 Money in the Bank Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match, Ricochet, Drew McIntyre, Baron Corbin, Finn Balor, Ali, Andrade, Sami Zayn, and Randy Orton would battle it out to make history and win the contract of a lifetime!

Unfortunately, early in the night, Zayn was attacked backstage and left hanging unconscious. So when the match got underway, there wasn’t a replacement immediately announced, per usual WWE protocol.

Roman Reigns & Brock Lesnar – Endless Action

In a high-octane and action-packed contest, all the competitors risked it all for a future title shot shortly. As Ali, SmackDown’s recent draftee from 205 live, was ascending the ladder; to retrieve the briefcase, the Beast Incarnate music blared through the arena.

With the WWE Universe in shock, he hurried in the ring to send Ali crashing down. Lesnar, without a scratch, climbed the ladder and won the match with ease!

At the time of this writing, Lesnar has a new nickname, The Beast in the Bank. He was standing atop the mountain again. Lesnar can pick the champion of his choice to cash in on beginning a new dominant reign of terror! One has to wonder if this leads to a rivalry reincarnated with the Big Dog. Time will tell.
