When she joined WOW in 2013, she was known as Amber O’Neal. From Charlotte, NC, Amber made her debut on episode seven of season two, aptly titled Battle of Queens. Abilene Maverick, the Governor’s Daughter, debuted for Women of Wrestling (WOW) in season three. Abilene’s road to wrestling grew from childhood. While her mother was busy as a career politician, she was close to her father. They would play together, ride horses together, and watch wrestling together. Tragically, Abilene’s father would pass away during her final year in college. Santana Garett is a second-generation wrestler; as she is the daughter of ‘TNT’ Kenny G. Santana grew up around the wrestling business and was often on the road with her dad. EVOLVE was founded by Gabe Sapolsky following his leaving Ring of Honor in 2009. His partner in this endeavor would be Sal Hamaoui.
