On June 11th, 2006, Extreme Championship Wrestling aired the 2nd annual One Night Stand with ECW One Night Stand 2006. On this night, we had seven matches with two title matches (World Heavyweight & WWE). There was also a 6-Person Tag Team Match & so much more.

Jerry Lawler vs. Taz
Joey Styles went into the ring and jumped on Lawler’s back. As Lawler went to give Styles a piledriver, Tazz attacks Lawler from behind and locks him in Tazmission & Lawler passes out & the ref calls for the bell.

Kurt Angle vs. Randy Orton
Randy Orton kept stalling at the beginning, then Kurt Angle went for Ankle Lock, but Orton escaped again, so Angle put him in a headlock before Orton went to the floor again, then back in the ring, Angle took him down again. Angle gave him a belly-to-back suplex.
Angle missed a corner charge, so Orton finally got control with some punches and kicks before Angle came out of the corner with a double-leg takedown. Then Orton did an eye poke and then whipped Angle hard into the turnbuckle. Angle kept doing amateur wrestling holds to take him down, so Orton bit his hand.
He has a headlock on Orton before missing a corner charge, so Angle drops him with a release German suplex. Angle with a forearm to the back, then a clothesline and 3 German suplexes before Orton counters an Angle Slam into an arm drag, and there’s a dropkick by Orton.
Angle with a belly-to-back suplex, then Angle Slam hits for a two count before he went for Ankle Lock, but Orton rolls through and sends Angle into the turnbuckle.
Orton with the backbreaker for a two count, then he went for RKO, but Angle shoves him off, so Orton drops him with a back elbow.
Orton with a crossbody off the top that Angle turns into a two count, then Orton comes back with a clothesline.
Orton got a near fall for a two count, then Angle locks in the Ankle Lock, then he drops down, and Orton quickly taps out.

Tag Team Match
FBI (Little Guido & Tony Mamaluke) vs. Tajiri & Super Crazy
Tony Mamaluke hits a key lock before a dropkick from Super Crazy on Mamaluke before Mamaluke did a short-arm scissors. Crazy fought out of it with a suplex and nails a splash for a two count, then Tajiri faces off with Little Guido.
Guido applied an armbar for a submission, but Tajiri got to the ropes. Then Tajiri applied his own leg submission as Super Crazy with a dropkick on Mamaluke. The Full-Blooded Italians were upside down in the tree of woe, so Tajiri & Super Crazy did dropkicks at the same time.
Super Crazy with a moonsault before Mamaluke pulls Guido out of the ring, then Super Crazy with an Asai Moonsault onto both guys on the floor. Big Guido pulls Crazy out of the ring while the ref was distracted and nails a clothesline.
Crazy with a back body drop into a flapjack on Mamaluke, gets a two count, then double team dropkick by FBI on Super Crazy, but then Tajiri runs in with a dropkick and kick.
Flapjack by Crazy on Guido, and here’s the hot tag to Tajiri, then a spin kick by Tajiri on Guido then hooks the leg, but Mamaluke broke it up. Armbar by Tajiri but Guido broke it up.
Handspring elbow by Tajiri on FBI, then Tajiri hits a sidekick on Guido for a two count before a Double Tarantula by Super Crazy & Tajiri. Big Guido in the ring, so Super Crazy & Tajiri kick him multiple, and a double dropkick sends him out of the ring.
FBI hit clotheslines on Super Crazy & Tajiri, then Guido, with a dropkick while Super Crazy was on the apron, sent Crazy over the barricade into the crowd. Then the FBI hits a double-team Fisherman’s Buster on Tajiri.
Winners: FBI (12:24)
After the match, Big Show made his entrance & hit Big Guido with a kick to the junk, then a knee to Tajiri, and he tossed Crazy out of the ring. Show with a backbreaker on Mamaluke, and he tossed him out of the ring. Show with a boot to Big Guido knocks him out of the ring.

Extreme Rules Match
Rey Mysterio (c) vs. Sabu
Rey Mysterio & Sabu had chairs in their hands to start the match then they dropped them early on, but then they had a chair battle before Sabu knocked Mysterio into the corner and hit a flying leg lariat after leaping off the chair. Mysterio drop-toe hold into the chair in the ring, then Mysterio with a hurricanrana.
Sabu avoided the 619 as he hit a dropkick, then tossed a chair into Mysterio’s head, then Sabu set up a table that he bridged from the side of the ring onto the guard rail. Sabu puts Mysterio on the table, then runs the ropes off the chair, and Mysterio moves so Sabu went crashing into the guard rail.
Back in the ring, a moonsault connects from Mysterio and gets a two count, then a Sabu knee to the face and a guillotine leg drop off the top rope gets a two count, then Sabu with Arabian Facebuster gets a two count. Sabu set up a table outside the ring.
Mysterio’s dropkick sends him onto the table with Sabu standing on the table. Mysterio nails a seated senton splash that drove Sabu through the table. Sabu was pointing at his left arm while referee Nick Patrick did the X sign, signaling an injury, but Sabu kept going.
Mysterio’s springboard leg drop to the back of the head got a two count before Sabu came back with a springboard leg lariat. Then a triple jump moonsault gets a two count, and then the knee of Sabu went right into Mysterio’s face before Sabu missed an attack with the chair.
Mysterio missed a senton attack on the chair, which led to Mysterio hitting the chair. Then Sabu grabs the chair and whips it into Mysterio’s head. Mysterio was on the floor, so Sabu put him on the table.
Sabu was off the chair and then off the top rope as Mysterio was standing on the table, and Sabu hit him with a DDT through the table. Then doctors ran down to the ring 1 doctor yells No! They can’t fight anymore, so the ref calls for the bell for the match to be stopped.
Winner: No One (No Contest) (9:10) (Mysterio retains)

6-Person Tag Team Hardcore Match
Tommy Dreamer, Terry Funk & Beulah McGillicutty vs. Edge, Mick Foley & Lita
Tommy Dreamer & Edge started this match before Mick Foley tagged in and wanted Terry Funk, so they went at it as Foley brawled with Funk while Dreamer brawled with Edge.
Dreamer hits Edge in the back with a street sign, then he nails Foley with it, and Funk hits Edge in the head with a trash can. Dreamer dropkick into the trash can into Foley’s head.
Edge was able to come back with a ladder to the face of Dreamer as Foley works on Funk outside the ring. Dreamer with an arm drag onto a ladder that was up against the ropes. Funk attacks Edge & Foley with the ladder. Funk climbs the ladder, but Edge pushed it over, and Funk went crashing down to the mat.
Dreamer went for the Dreamer Driver. Lita ran in to kick Dreamer in the balls before Foley & Edge pulled out a table covered with barbwire, but they tossed the table onto Dreamer in the ring.
Funk trips them up, so the table fell on Edge & Foley before Dreamer & Funk tossed Foley back first into the barbwire table. Edge crotched Dreamer on the top of the guardrail as we see Foley tossed the barbwire table into Funk.
Foley was handed some barbwire by Lita as she got it from under the ring. As we see, Funk’s arm was trapped in the barbwire board, so Foley put the barbwire on his arm and went after the face of Funk. Foley raked the barbwire against the head and eye of Funk.
There was a lot of blood coming from Funk’s head, so doctors tended to Funk and took him to the back. Then Edge, Lita & Foley used a barbwire bat, hitting Dreamer in the back with it. Lita did a leg drop on the bat on the groin of Dreamer.
Beulah McGillicutty looks on from the apron, so Foley took out Mr. Socko and locks in the Mandible Claw to McGillicutty but. Dreamer broke that up, but it doesn’t slow them down much.
Foley with Mr. Socko to Dreamer, and Edge hits a Spear on Dreamer, then Edge went after McGillicutty & puts her in a pump handle position as Lita taunts her, but Funk emerged from the back with a barbwire 2×4.
Funk was all taped up with blood from his head as Dreamer with a double low blow on the Edge & Foley, then Funk with the barbwire wood to the chest and back of both Foley & Edge, then Funk lits the 2×4 on fire. Funk with a fire 2×4 attack to Foley’s ribs, then he knocks Foley off the apron onto a barbwire table outside the ring.
Edge knocks Funk off the apron, and he went crashing onto Foley outside the ring. Then Dreamer with a DDT on Edge, then Dreamer with the barbwire wraps around Edge’s neck and head, but Lita saves Edge, but McGillicutty stops her with a hair whip takedown.
McGillicutty & Lita battled in the ring before Dreamer hit Dreamer Driver on Lita before Edge took down Dreamer with the barbwire to the head with a reverse DDT.
McGillicutty checks on Dreamer, so Edge with Spear on McGillicutty to get the victory.

Balls Mahoney vs. Masato Tanaka
Balls Mahoney & Masato Tanaka slaps hands out of respect, then Tanaka, with a crossbody, gets a two count, then a forearm smash, and Mahoney came back with a power slam.
Tanaka sent Mahoney out of the ring as Tanaka jumped on him, but Mahoney took him down. Then Mahoney got a beer and smashed the cup into Tanaka’s head then he did it again.
Tanaka hits him with a water bottle, then sends him into the barricade, and Mahoney avoids a chair attack. Then, back in the ring, Tanaka with a superplex.
Mahoney came back with a superplex of his own before both guys had chairs in their hands & they had a chair duel before Mahoney won that and nailed Tanaka with a chair shot to the head to score the win.
Winner: Balls Mahoney (5:03)

WWE Title Extreme Rules Match
John Cena (c) vs. Rob Van Dam
This is RVD’s Money In The Bank Cash In Match.
The match starts off with a lock-up before John Cena with a suplex, then Rob Van Dam with a spin kick sent Cena to the floor before they traded punches in the ring with RVD winning that battle, then Cena hits a power slam for a two count.
Cena, with a clothesline, sent RVD to the floor & he jumped off the top rope with a punch to RVD’s back on the floor. RVD came back with a moonsault press off the steel steps to take Cena down, and then Cena sent RVD into the barricade.
RVD tries an attack, but Cena shoves him into the crowd, then a punch to the face before RVD hits a spinning leg drop off the apron onto Cena on the barricade, then hits a guillotine leg drop on the apron.
RVD grabs a chair from ringside & he connects with the corner dropkick into the chair for a two count. RVD with the Rolling Thunder onto the steel chair. RVD went for the split-legged moonsault, but Cena got his knees and the steel chair up to block it.
Cena with a DDT on the steel chair gets a two count, then Cena with a slingshot into the chair that was wedged between the top and bottom ropes for another two count.
Cena with the spinning slam, then Cena signals for 5 Knuckle Shuffle & hits the fist drop before RVD fought out of Attitude Adjustment and hit a spinning dropkick.
RVD with a boot to the face, then he went up top, and Cena brought him down with a powerbomb for a two-count.
RVD came back with a dropkick while Cena was on the apron to send Cena crashing to the floor, and then RVD brought a table into the ring.
The table was set up in the corner by RVD as Cena recovered enough to trip up RVD with the STFU, but RVD got to the ropes. Cena was told to break the hold, but he didn’t, so the ref jumped on him to break it. Cena argued with the ECW referee, John Finnegan, so the ref shoved him, and Cena nailed him with a clothesline.
Cena with a superplex off the middle rope, then Cena brought the steel steps in the ring and nailed RVD in the head with them, then he tossed the steps out. Referee Nick Patrick went into the ring. Cena covers but gets a two-count.
Cena put RVD on his shoulder, then sent him over the top to the floor with FU that sends RVD crashing into the mat. When Cena turned around, somebody went into the ring with a leather jacket and a motorcycle helmet & he charged in and hit Cena with a Spear through the table that was propped up against the turnbuckle.
The helmet guy knocks out referee Nick Patrick with a punch, and then the helmet was taken off and revealed to be Edge. RVD went back in the ring, saw Cena prone on the mat, and went up top & RVD hit a 5 Star Frog Splash. He tried to revive the ref, but here comes Paul Heyman to count the 3 & RVD wins.
