XXXL vs Sami Callihan & TBA
Over the past few weeks, XXXL has been picking a fight with Sami Callihan and Trey Miguel. It started after Trey defeated Acey Romero on March 23rd. After the bell, Larry D slid into the ring to help Acey Romero rain blows on Trey Miguel. But just when it seemed Miguel was outmatched, Sami Callihan made his way to the ring with a steel chair, sending XXXL packing. This was unexpected, as Callihan had been antagonizing Miguel for weeks leading up to this. Last week, Sami Callihan defeated Larry D in singles action, and XXXL performed another post-match beatdown. However, Trey did not return Callihan’s favor. Sami confronted Trey about it in a backstage segment, bringing Trey’s passion for wrestling into question. This week, Sami Callihan has challenged XXXL to a tag team match, and he has selected Trey Miguel to be his partner. The question is, will Trey agree?

Deaner vs. Chris Sabin (w/James Storm)
Last week, IMPACT Wrestling celebrated James Storm’s 1000th match with a stellar main event. James Storm faced off against Eric Young in a match that echoed the origins of IMPACT Wrestling. While Young brought his brothers in Violent By Design, Storm brought Chris Sabin, Jake Something, and his old AMW partner Chris Harris. The two entourages showed great animosity, and it always seemed like a brawl could start at any moment. During the match, Storm caught Young with a massive lungblower, but as he went for the pin, Deaner hopped onto the ring apron. This blatant interference started a massive ringside brawl. This week, Eric Young is making Deaner pay for his actions by facing Chris Sabin in singles action. However, with only Storm in his corner, will the Beer Money Machine Guns find themselves outnumbered again?
Alisha, Neveah & Tenille Dashwood vs. Jordynne Grace, Havok, & Rosemary
Saturday night will be a big night for these 6 women, as they will clash for the #1 contendership to the Knockouts Championship. Before that, however, they will clash in 6-woman tag team action on Thursday night. At first glance, these teams seem unbalanced, as Grace, Havok, and Rosemary together pose a bigger threat than Tenille’s partners. However, Tenille Dashwood usually brings her photographer, Kaleb, with a K, into the match. Will Kaleb be present for this match, and more importantly, will he be the equalizer? Regardless, whoever wins on Thursday night may give us a little insight as to who will walk away as the #1 contender on Saturday night.

Kenny Omega & The Good Brothers vs. Rich Swann, Willie Mack, & Eddie Edwards
Capping off the first episode of IMPACT Wrestling’s return to Thursday nights is a massive 6-Man main event. Kenny Omega joins Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson to take on Rich Swann, Willie Mack, and Eddie Edwards. The last time Swann and Omega met in 6-man action, at Hard To Kill, Kenny Omega pinned Rich Swann. However, Kenny and The Good Brothers had a little bit of an advantage in that match. At Hard To Kill, Swann teamed with Chris Sabin and Moose. The animosity between Moose and Swann came to a head, with Moose practically giving the AEW Champion the victory. This time around, things are different, as Swann has picked close friends Willie Mack and Eddie Edwards as his partners. But will that be enough to overcome Kenny Omega and The Good Brothers? Find out when IMPACT Wrestling returns to Thursday nights this week on AXS TV.
